Unexpected progress this month

Due to my absence at the start of February, along with my limited time online for a week or so, my earnings did not reach $1 until 15th of this month.
It seemed quite obvious that reaching $5 was out of the question, although this has never been any real concern to me. I was quite content to simply wait and achieve payout next month instead, but due to an unexpected level of interaction I have already passed the $3 barrier.
This does not necessarily imply that I shall make the $5 target, but I will certainly earn enough to aim for $10 next month instead.

I was a bit erratic in the beginning of the month. I knew I would have a week with limited availability, so was not expecting my bank to come near the required $5.00. Yesterday I stirred the pot just a bit.....managed to annoy a few Mylotters. Well....I didn't get the reaction I'd hoped for (people seem to deliberately take offence.....or miss the obvious) it did move my bank. I'm within striking distance of payout.

@LadyDuck Sometimes it can be deceiving if we are very active and the members concerned are offline at the time. You will appear to make little progress, but when you awake the following day you will have a myriad of notifications and a significant increase of earnings.

I think this is one reason they lowered the pay out. So more people could reach it.

@celticeagle I used to cash out every other month when I was working and was content with it, but many here consider the earnings very important.

It is always good to have a goal that is higher than what would be possible. I am nearing 12. 15 is my goal.

I didn't think I was going to make it either and this is my second month going for it, but I may do okay too. I have less than the dollar needed, but unfortunately I'm working today and tomorrow with window cleaning jobs and my surgery is Monday, so we'll see whether I get it or not. I do have Sunday off, but I may have to tie all my loose ends up first.

@Asylum Sorry, one main thing wrong with that picture. I stay off of ladders currently as much as possible. Maybe once my knee is completely healed I'll be able to climb them once again, but only periodically if that.

@Asylum I have actually earned more in the last two days than I would have expected, even if I had expected to be here. It is nice to glance over and see that the amount has increased.

I am in much the same situation but I am sure that I can make it even though it is a little far off. I guess I will actually have to spend a little more time interacting. lol I have about 1.60 to go.

That's pleasant news. I am inspired to do a little bit more to make my earnings move a little bit faster. Will definitely reach payout next month above minimum. Excited to know how much I can raise.

@Asylum It's good we are not here for the money. I always wonder about those who are writing here for income. They would do far better off putting the hours in that they spend here at a minimum wage job.
