colors varies with the climate but most people in asia especially the chinese and thailanders are thin. i'm a filipina and i'm thin too. maybe it is because we eat rice unlke americans who are more on eating bread.

I do come across people who just sleep for just 3 - 4 hours a day during the night and they still look so fresh the next morning and still able to work their way through the whole day. For me, I would need at least 7 - 8 hours...

thebri yes.. I could tell coz sometimes I do that..even if I'm lying I still look on the person's eyes..If your a good lier you could look at a person's eyes even if you are lying..
