Last saturday a woman came to me and said that she had seen my picture in the newspaper, i said who me?. I ask her what she ment and she said that there was a picture of me in the newspaper and she wanted to know if i still enjoyed my new car. I said to her why should i buy a car if when have i driverslicence. "Sorry" she said but the person in the picture looked just like me she said. This was the second time that i was mistaken for someone else.
Do you think or know there is an other person walking around that looks like?

I don't think I've met anyone who particularly looked like me, but I have had people say that I look just like someone they know. Or they will say that they have seen me somewhere before, but there is no way we could have met, being from different states or whatever the case might be.

What happens to me is I meet people in Larwin Square a shopping center in my home town and they will say hi havent I seen you before. you face looks so familar and then I have to ask. do you go to the tustin Library often and they usually say why yes. why do youask? I reply i worked there for twenty five years as a page putting books on a shelve and I have often seen you in there but did not know your name. I think perhaps pages like maids often go sort of unseen yet something must register on people' minds as they realize later that they had seen me somewhere.

When I was a Jr. in high school there was another girl in my class who could have been my twin! We became fast friends until we graduated and she went in the Air Force and I got married. I've tried to find her in recent years and heard she got married but nobody knows her marriage name.

It's kinda weird when that sort of thing happens, isn't it? I ran into my own double once. I was walking along the prom, in Brighton, and nearing the pier, when I stopped to lean on the railings to watch some kids playing a game on the sand. To my amazement, this woman stood up, turned around and started walking up the beach, and I couldn't take my eyes off her. It was just as though I was looking in the mirror! I got a weird feeling in my stomach, and how strange that she should choose exactly that moment, to go buy an ice cream! I had to sit down on a bench for a while after that!
Brightest Blessings, my dear friend.

It has been said that there is a twin for every person alive. I don't know how true this is but I know that a person swore up and down that I had been to California before. At the time she said this I had never in my life been there. She told me she saw me there. I mentioned to her it must have been someone who looked like me because I had never been to that state before.
So I know there is someone out there who looks like me. I just have never run into them yet.

I would just say Hi and compare notes with what they like to eat and drink. What their interest and hobbies are. Just to see if it is just the looks are are we alike in other ways also.

I don't know, if there is i'm certainly not aware of it! I guess there is probably at least one person in the world who looks similar to me if not identical. My partner has one of those faces that is very familiar and i'm sure there are several pele who he looks a bit like or who look like him.

they say that everyone has a twin, and I guess it is true. One time when I was grocery shopping a man ran to block my cart going down the aisle.... then feigned being injured and made some factitious remark... I said, excuse me? do I know you? and he gasped when he realized my voice did not match the person he thought I was! I was so embarrassed for him.

yes, this happens to me at least 5x the funniest one is when we are in McDonalds in Asheville, NC (gonna see the grandfather mountain) and then this lady approach me and just keeps talking regarding how much she enjoys her visit at the dentist and that she is hoping that she can drop by there again and so much, i tried to stop her but she seems to be so excited and decided to just wait so i told her that she is talking to a wrong person and she says that's impossible and i told her it is coz i dont live there just happen to visit. what drives me crazy is that after i told her she mistaken me with someone she knew, she ignores me completely when she returns from the Restroom (how weird is that) coz i am giving her a friendly big smile (not a grin).
oh well, twice i was asked if i am an indian star and i just laugh and asked them if i am that pretty and kid them to have a check up in their eye coz i dont have the nose more so the face of an indian star. haha!
incidents like this can be fun but at times can be irritating too, depends on your mood, haha!

Lol! A lot!!! People would often mistake me for someone else. One day, there's this girl who came to me, I don't even know this girl, she suddenly said "Hey Andy! How's it going?" I just sat there getting confuse... haha... when she realized that it wasn't me she ran off quickly.
There are also lot's of people who told me I look like him, I look like her... I look like that WTH? Haha... For me the people they've been pointing at don't even look alike.

I think that there must be several people who look a lot like me, because I am forever hearing from someone that I look "just like" someone they know. I guess it's inevitable in a world of so many people that some features would be repeated?
I've also wondered if maybe people don't find me familiar because I smile at just about everyone. I wonder if maybe I seem familiar to them because of the smiling? I don't know, but I do know that a lot of people think I look just like their sister, cousin, friend, classmate, co-worker... some even say that the voice is the same. I have never come face to face with any of these dopplegangers, but I suppose they are out there. It's kind of strange.

yup, aside from my dad, (they say that we look alike)LOL some people have told me that i look like someone they know, girls of course, and a guy!i have been told that i also have a "guy lookalike" that guy resembles my face a bit except that he is fat while i am fairer and have longer lashes. LOL i wonder how he looks like. hehe. but ive heard that each person has 6 lookalikes that are scattered all over the world, i cant remember where i got that trivia, not quite sure if its true though.

It is creepy to think about but there probably is someone who looks like me walking around, there are plenty of people who look similar to me but I have never met anyone who I would mistake for myself if I was not me (if that makes sense, lol) but it is very possible there are a lot of people in the world.

I think there is more then one person that look alike but if you line them up there would be some differences to make them unique. Have you seen that commercial on tv with a girl on a motor cycle either smoking or quitting smoking. She looks just like Angelina Jolie but she is actually a look alike. There was a cook on the Rachael Ray show one day that also looked so much like Anelina Jolie. Three people at first glance you would think was the same person. There is probably more out there but I am sure still enough different to make their faces unique. I dont' really like it when people look so much alike though do you?

oh I know i do i have had many people talk to me as if they know me in fact at one time i thought i must have had a very common face, so i am sure the mould i was made with was used a few times...
