How often?

I only update it when I answer a discussion that is not within my interest. I just add that interest if it ask me if I want to add it.

I find many sneak in there that don't make any sense. But sometimes I don't make much sense either, so I guess this is my kind of place after all.

In the time I ahve been here, I have added but have never taken anything off my interests.

I've lost count of interests that I have here on mylot and I don't keep track of my interest rankings, they are things I glance at, I probably should go look through my interest rankings to see if I can delete anything, but I usually like the variety because it gives me more discussions to look through

I never do it on purpose, lol. I do it because the dang question keeps showing up and I finally giving in. I guess some of these things must interest me or I wouldn't keep answering questions about them.

Generally, I add them when I think about it. I will just go to my interests and add them once in a while. But, sometimes, I'll answer a discussion and see it was under an interest I hadn't even known about. So, I add it then. I know what you mean that there are some strange "interests" out there that people create. Sometimes, they're pretty funny.

I don't really bother with it. I just write in people most of the time anyway. Anything we do in life requires people so that is a great category and the one I prefer.

My last time around I tried to keep everything as up to date as possible. This time I haven't done much at all. I got extremely ticked off when I was not able to use my other site and lost everything including some cash that I had built up. So I figured if they can take it away that easy why bother.

I am fairly new so havent yet updated but I find
some really odd interests such as asking me if
I want to put worlds stupidest crooks under people
I admire? whats that? no I do not as I do not
admire them. there were several others like that
that did not make any sense.lol

I rarely add or change interests. I have a whole list of what I like and I don't see them changing anytime soon. I may add a few here and there (I just found a new show, Dexter, so I added that interest), but no need to change or delete those I currently have.

However, like you mentioned, I sometimes find a hidden interest that I see a friend responded in and may end up adding that.
