Maybe there's something wrong with the number you're trying to dial? If not, then try unplugging your main phone then plugging it back in. If that doesn't work, email your phone company from their internet site and they'll put in a repair order. Be careful they don't charge you for it!

Maybe just the network? I always experience that cream and will give like 10 minutes and dial again!

You can check these steps:
1 First call the same number from other phone - to check the the number you are calling is working.
2 if you phone work on battery chech the battery.
3 if you have speacker facility then try to call on speaker phone
if you find the problem is not solved call the service provider for help :)

Sounds like you need to call the phone company. I don't know which one you're with, but there should be a support line for them. I just had a phone technician out about an hour ago because we had horrible static on our lines. You couldn't even hear the person at the other end clearly enough to hold a conversation. It turned out that the dog had chewed through one of the wires leading to the box outside the house and weather (rain) had messed up the connection. He fixed it and now everything is fine.
Good luck with your phone company.

You need to go to a neighbors and borrow their phone
and phone the phone comany and tell them what you just
told us as you have a problem on your line somewhere
'and its up to the phone company to repair it.
