 I really didn't realize the change my body made until I made this before and after picture. So I am asking you all your opinion. How do you think I did on my weight loss? Do you think I need to lose more?
I'm a little over 10 lbs. away from my goal of 150 but I'm starting to think it won't be enough to change my appearance. Your comments and suggestions are welcomed.

Maintaining my weight has never been a problem and even after pigging out on the 4th of July and the stress eating bowl of ice cream I've had every day since I haven't gained an ounce. Losing more weight isn't necessary, you're right but I set my goal at 150 and I'm still not there. But now I guess I don't need to be! | |

| cynicalandoutspoken (1960) | 4 months ago | I can see the huge progress I've made and I don't think a 10 pound loss will really show that much of a difference but when I began this in May I said 150 would be my goal. Now I am torn between meeting the goal I set for myself or just letting the extra 12 pounds stay on.

| 5. ljegbers (5761) | 4 months ago |  Cynical, for only a month you did good! To be honest, you need to have a level point before you loose more. Let your body adjust because that is the key to keeping it off. Maintain it for a month and then start again if that's what you choose.
Do you need to loose more? That's up to you my dear, but I think you look FAB!

| cynicalandoutspoken (1960) | 4 months ago | Thank you so much darlin. It was actually an 8 week workout/diet plan that I was on from May to July but I didn't have any full body pictures of myself from when I started so I had to go back to December to find one. lol
I am going to the Dominican Republic in August and I purchased a white bikini for the trip. I think the extra 12 pounds needs to come off before I'm strutting down the beach in that one but the black one I'm wearing now looks great!
