do you reply to all the responses you get for your discussion?...

when you start a discussion you get responses and also when you comment for others discussions too you get response back.
i respond to few of the responses which contains matter and i will have something to write and i respond to those and there are a few response in one line where the people thanks for the comment, where i dont have anything to write back and i just skip those comments.
how about you all what you do, do you respond to all responses no matter it contains more or less subject ?

sometimes i do and some times i dont!! its really impossible to reply to all my discussions!! there are also some response which do not convey anything! and for such responses i feel not to respond!!! and for some i just say thanks!!!
and for some unique responses, i do reply.. and we would have a conversation!

having a conversation here in mylot is a good fun for me and its also nice and i feel more interesting to write and and if the response dont contain anything its really boring to reply those discussions.

yes a simple thanks will do but that kind of respone will not have anything and we really cant write anything more for that and hence we need to stop there.

Hello to you icegermany!
I try my best to comment or reply to the responses I get for the discussions I have started. However, I must admit that it is not an easy task. Though I do comment on just some of the responses, I make sure that I rate all the responses I get for my discussions. I really find it difficult to reply to all those responses especially if the responses are quite similar to each other.

yes i can really understand that its difficult to reply all as i am facing right now and i need to think more to reply more and somehow let me manage to do it.
its better if we reply to the responses we get and also rate them as it gains in the form of your earnings and its not a waste.

Yes I do respond to each and every response to my discussion.
I believe that if you dont reply to a response
It dissapoints the responder, since they might be expecting a feedback
from you about what you think of their idea.

yes in one way its like respecting their ideas and also i think even they might be waiting for the response back like how we do. and its good if we respond even they will be encouraged to write and feel good about mylotting and if they dont get any response back they surely landup into disappointment.

well.. I tried to give responses to all of them. I tried to.. because I think whether it is good or bad, they are trying to give something to us. So why don't I give some times to reply those responses? But it also depends, if they're only say thank you, or you're welcome, or some one line responses, I wouldn't bother to give any feedback. I don't really like one line posts, I tried not to make one, so I don't really think that I want to response those kind of posts too :)

yes i agree with you there are people who know more and also the people who know less but much complementary is their attempt to respond the discussion and we really have to respect that.

me too try to reply all the responses on my discussion. i am also not like to reply the responses like responses or some 2 or 3 words responses.sometime due to lots of responses ,its not possible to reply everybody.but i try my best to give reply everybody or as much as possible.i am totally agree with you.
i think that one line responses are not counted in our earning too.how much we get for one responses

I try to respond to as many as I can. But if you have a discussion with many posts, its hard to comment on them all. So I usually just comment on the ones, like you said that contain matter. Its a waste of time to just post thank you to each of them.

yes even i feel that just commenting a thanks is just a waste and most of us here feel the same. and we all just for the matter in the discussion so that we can respond back. and also we wait for the discussions of our interest which will be more benificial to us and we can write more.

I try very hard to respond to everyone who took the time to reply to my discussions. I feel that they have taken the time to give me their feedback on my discussion, I should try to respond back to them.
There are times when there is really nothing else to say to someone, so in a case like this I don't respond.

even i feel the same when we really dont have anything to respond its better not to reply. other persons in mylot here are also trying hard to write and we really need to thank them for to spend their precious time and ideas.

Yes,I try to reply to all the responses despite subject relevant or not because I feel that if someone has taken an effort to respond to my discussion then I must reply and acknowledge.But many times it is not possible for me to do so and I end up incomplete many times.

hi icegermany i do try to respond to as many responses as I
can while also doing my own responses and discussions, but
I find as I get more responses to my discussions I have less
time to get to all of them. but Iwill eventually so all my
friends trust me I will answer to you sooner or later.

Since I have been with My Lot I have only created three discussions, but I'm relatively new anyhow. Everytime that I have received a response to any of my discussions and I always replied whether it be a big response or a tiny one. I think that it's very important to respond to anyone that reponds to your discussions, this is a polite thing to do and shows respect. I think that if you start getting into the habit of not replying to a response then I think that you will start losing responses for future discussions! Even though we are all on the Internet it's a good thing to respond. It's like having a chat with someone in person, they chat to you and you respond, you don't ignore them and stay silent! The situation would become uncomfortable very quickly for the both of you. Here's me responding to your discussion!!! Andrew

i liked your response and i really wait for the kind of response you have written where i can get some points to know and get reminded some which i have forgotten.
and i completely agree with you that when you respond to some one its a form of respect and also a concern.
and you are right that if we dont respond to any discussion there are chances of losing responses for our discusion in future.
and its really good to hear from you that you have started only three discussions till now and its amazing.
i would like to know you respond to the discussions only then?

its nice that you are trying to be creative and try to reply all if the comment have not more matter too.
ya starting a new discussion need some time to think it over and also its difficult to get responses as the discussion should be attractive to others i feel and should be able to answered by everyone or else you will land up in disappointment if you dont get any responses.

contribution to our discussions by other people here matters a lot to us as if they dont respond to our discussion it becomes difficult to us and we become upset and lose interest in writing and due to this our earnings will go down and we dont reach the payout and dont earn anything.
scheduling time for responding is also a good idea but i dont know how far it works.

I have to say that I haven't been responding back because I have not remembered to to it. I always have it on my mind and then somebody says something to me and I forget and go on to something else. I am going to try and say something back if I think that it would be appropriate.

yes it may happen sometimes and its just not to worry and i think you try to remember and try to reply the discussions and that much of thought also matters and its good and i wish you good luck for writing and trying to remember the discussion but i can tell you that its not like you have to remember you will have all the discussions responded at your main page and must be thats enough.

I always try to answer to every response that I get for a discussion, but it is not always possible. As we are not supposed to thank everyone that responds I find it hard then to put anything and so do not. But for the majority I can usually find something to say back.

that is what even i like to do. if the response contain a little matter then we can write something on it but if the response have nothing except thanks then we cant reply to those comments.

I do comment on the responses which have some material to respond and are really in track of my discussion and substance and contents. I do not comments the casual responses made to increase the count. Do not mind I have the ability to judge which one is of meaningful and other is just a post to increase. How do you feel others please comment.

i agree with you that if we have a good comment which contains some substance or matter in it it really interests me and i reply to those discussions and i like to do so and also if the discussion is of my interest and then surely i respond to those discussions. but if the discussion responded to my discussion i really dont feel to answer them but hardly i could imagine and think for it and i write and respond them again orelse i just skip them.

I don't post as many discussions over all. I usually like to gravitate toward the responses to the topics at hand.
I do generally like to respond to the answers to my posts. I think it is a good idea to let the person know that I appreciate their input.

yes its necessary to respond the discussion as it may feel the opposite person nice and doesnt leave them to disappoinment. like how we feel when we dont get any response and we get disappointed isnt it?
