2.  stealthy (3016) | 1 year ago |  I often wake up before my alarm, but only get up before it in the summer when it is warm. In the Winter I usually go back to sleep and sleep beyond it going off; I just can't stand getting up in the cold weather.

3.  danishcanadian (20797) | 1 year ago |  I always seem to wake up about five minutes before my alarm if I have gotten enough sleep the night before. I call my husband in Arizona, every morning at 9 AM my time, and we talk for a while, before he goes to work.
I'm surprised I even woke up this morning, considering the people upstairs were blasting music all night long.

| Zelmarq (4004) | 1 year ago |  I hate to hear loud music when its night. Sometimes I really act my choleric side and ask them to lower down their noise, but sometimes when im too tired to do it i just seem not to hear the noise.

I wish there's a way to turn my body clock off. lol.

| mipen2006 (2462) | 1 year ago | Thanks for your comments. There is one drawback however, and that's that it's almost impossible to sleep in when you want to. Even on holidays I wake and get up early, and this can be a problem, and sometimes I need an afternoon nap in order to enjoy the evening.

I think that I feel better if I wake up before the alarm, which shows that I have slept enough and that I am awake by myself. If I have to be woken up by the alarm, then it will be a different story sometimes. Good day, friend.
