A large country with different time zones

U.S.A. is like that, it has 3 different (or 4) time zones.
I never experienced jet lag though, since i'm a pretty heavy sleeper, but by the next day im all good:)

China, however, has only 1 time zone.

The US has four time zones, eastern, central, pacific and mountain.
I live in the eastern time zone. When I took a trip to Colorado to see my husband's father, he lives in Central, it is a two hour difference behind. So when we arrived it was actually nine in the evening, but where I live it was actually eleven. I did not notice any difference I adjusted pretty quickly.

The same when I went to Las Vegas, there is a three hour difference behind, same thing, I just enjoyed the three extra hours I got on the first day, I still seemed to wake up at my usual time in the morning.

Hi, my country Indonesia is having 3 different time zones. As for the jet lag, I do have it once, it happens several years ago when I flew back from Amman to Jakarta but it's gone soon after taking a long sleep. Goodluck maximax8.

I live in Russia and it has 12 different time zones. And it's so unusual when in winter in the morning we're waiting for the New Year and on the other end of our country people already celebrate it. So big difference!

US with the 4 different time zones, and Canada with the same time zones

The furthest I have been is Europe my friend, so obviously it's only an hour difference from the UK and the longest flight I have been on is 4 hours so I am not a globetrotter and haven't suffered with jetlag, but I am sure I am not missing out, however I will have that pleasure to come when I go to New Zealand won't I, do you know what their time zone is compared to UK? And is Sweden the same an hour difference?

Australia has three time zones from the West to the East Coast and I believe that the country with the largest number of different time zones is Russia with around six I think? I had actually never experiences jet lag before until my last trip to the USA a couple of months ago. It's strange really because I travel a lot, but until this last trip I had never experienced it before! And the funny thing was that by the time I had taken a few days to adjust to the new time zone I had to turn around and fly back to Cairo again! lol.

I live in Canada and we have the Pacific Time Zone, the Mountain Time Zone, the Central Time Zone, the Eastern Time Zone, the Atlantic Time Zone and then there's Newfoundland (that's a joke because it is halfway between the Eastern and Atlantic.) So when we drive from Winnipeg to Saskatoon in the summer, I get very hungry because my husband thinks we have to eat at Regina time that is later than Winnipeg time. Saskatchewan has no daylight savings time so it is confusing and it is when we look at the television schedules and they are either shown in Pacific or Eastern standard time. I never experienced jet lag. I am usually tired a lot of the time, I guess it is because I was born in Scotland and my body is still on Greenwich time because I go to bed and feel wide awake.

In the USA we have EST, CST, MST and PST. 4 different time zones in a matter of 3,000 miles. Then we have daylight savings. Which is only in effect during the summer months. Always remember to leap ahead in spring and fall back in fall. This automatically adjustes everyones time by an hour forward or backward depending on the time of year. Some places do not recognize it so when the whole country has daylight savings places like Arizona stays on their normal times zone. So who knows what time it is any more. LOL

I think my worst jet lag came when I flew from Florida to California (4 time zones), then off to Hawaii. And, of course, back again in a week. I think it took me 2 more weeks for my body to get back to normal. Weird.
