LOL. Were we married to each other? LOL. I'm not a bad shopper on my own. I spot the bargains better apparently. But together I regress to a child like state. I would stay at home and sometimes do. But she doesn't drive and we've usually given the chauffeur the day of so I have to take her. She does get a taxi home sometimes if she shops in town.

I aim to please Gabs. But why not? Look at the faces of the men as they shop. Do they look like they are having a good time? Do the women for that matter! I used to go to department stores with The Boss whilst she went shopping for clothes etc. I used to go and wait in the appropriate place - the lingerie - but it ruined my complexion. I kept getting my face slapped. I didn't know that I was NOT supposed to linger there. Wondered why there were always half dressed women about. I thought that it was to entertain the men! (and if you believe that...)

You could be the creche supervisor Cinders. No? A large child seat might be one option although I have sometimes been told to keep one hand on the trolley so that she knows where I am. But that gives me some range still. One of my favourite tricks is to take her by the arm, lift her slightly and then run us down the aisle. Even she laughs at that! Do they do that in Sheffield supermarkets? If not I must get up there and demonstrate!

I certainly know my place Humbug. My knees are getting creaky but I spend an awful lot of time on them. LOL. The Boss likes me to drive (she can't) but once we are there I think that she feels that she achieves more without me.

I am 100% sure your wife does get it done easier and quicker minus your presence!!

well, these aren't normal mcdonald's. they are store fronts and they would allow you to sit at a table, drink a cuppa joe and read the paper

they are not your normal mickie d's, no playground, it doesn't have the normal kiddie traffic because its more of a grab and go place.

I'm a good shopper- brilliant bargain hunter but i absolutely hate food shopping!! supermarkets freak my out a bit!! lol this is why i need a nice man in my life to take care of these tedious tasks for me!! lol (am not sure whether it's a man or a butler i'm really looking for!!) xxx
