Leonardo Di Caprio To Be The Next James Bond

He's certainly one of my favourite actors, and I thought he was brilliant in Titanic and The Beach, he has the Blond hair too which Ian Fleming described in the books

If only! Daniel Craig as 007 has ruined Bond for me, so I hope Craig decides to quit after this film!

Has anyone got Leo's number I'll ring him straight away;0) Of course you can be the Bond Girl if I can be the Bond Boy LOL! I would look after Leo;0) and you naturally, and no one has ever called me a genius before, crazy, mad and other unmentionable names but never a genius, now I've got to come up with a title, but whatever title I come up with sure beats the Quantum Solace, (yawns!) title they dreamed up

That's a valid point my friend, I guess I am biased and wouldn't care if he came from the Moon or Outer Mongolia but I can see that my fellow Brits could be up in arms about it.

According to Flemming Bond was a British Secret Agent but then who to say that DiCaprio can't put on an accent? Everyone seems to have accepted that Bond is now blonde.

I still miss Roger Moore as Bond! It was a shame he bowed out because he was a great Bond, Connery too, but I guess they tire of the role and have other commitments. But they don't seem to last long do they? Happy Mylotting my good friend!

He is my favourite actor too and he is well popular! He could put on an English accent for sure, look at his role in Who's Eating Gilbert Grape, he's multitalented and very very versatile.

You're right. There will never be a Bond to equal Sean Connery. As far as Leonardo DiCaprio goes, I just don't see it. I'd rather have a James Bond who looks like a man not a boy.

Ah, that's a NO vote from ME, but then, to me, Bond will ALWAYS be Sean (He-who-ages-so-gracefully-he-actually-looks-BETTER-now)Connery. Anyway, while DiCaprio MAY be a good actor, he's just too baby-faced, too...innocent?...to play the worldly Bond...JAMES Bond. The whole notion of Leo as Bond leaves me...shaken. Not stirred. (smirk)

He has a great reputation and he has played a multitude of roles so playing James Bond would be easy for him to step into the role of 007 for sure

I have liked and enjoyed all of the James Bond actors EXCEPT Daniel Craig. I hope that this is the last time he plays 007 and Leonardo steps into the role as the British Spy! Leonardo does indeed thrill he is very very popular!

Yea, I couldn't understand why Daniel Craig played him. It did seem a bit odd. He just doesn't fit the whole James Bond persona.
