Pocket I dont understand? Are you talking about the quick access whole? I guess you can refer to it as a pocket but its more like a double layer opening. hehehe :)

i think its actually a hole that they can put their ...mmhmm... "wee-wee" through to pee. lol

A man's "brief" is his underwear and they don't have that small pocket that your taking about, it is swim trunks, they have a small pocket in the front on the inside of the trunks near the waistband, it is called a "coin pocket" and a guy can put some coins in there or a ring so he doesn't loose it while he is swimming.

we don't have pockets, we have what they call a fly. so we can pee without pulling them down. one good thing about being a man i guess. lol

I have not seen any briefs that has a pocket in the pocket. I have seen an area that opens. But that is to allow the men to go pee without pulling their briefs down. I have two boys in the family who wear briefs. My husband doesn't like them. They allow to much movement for his liking.

I have no idea. I am not sure if I have seen or heard of that before. That is weird LOL. Maybe it is to carry a controceptive.

So I have to laugh that you asked this question because there was a student in on of my preschool classes that was using the bathroom and asked, "Why is there a pocket here?" One of the other teachers in the room explained what the opening was for. But when she told me that he has a pocket on his underwear, I thought a pocket that you would find on say, a pair of jeans, only smaller. Then she explained to me what he asked and how she responded. So, I had to respond because it's funny and unexpected that a 5 year old would ask that same question. :)
