Counting my blessings! Happy New Year!

Hi Jill, That is so lovely of you and I totally agree as there are just so many lovely people here on the Lot (yourself included) and true friendships do develop. I know over the last year myself people have been so kind, friendly and supportive and I thank them all including yourself for being there through the tears and mainly lots of laughter. Hey jill! I feel the same way! I am so happy to be able to have found my new friends here at mylot and be able to spend each and every day with them! There is only one more hour left to this year and I am still here mylotting and spending the last of it with my friends who have become so important to me! I am truly blessed to have found so many wonderful friends here that have become such a big part of my life! I want to wish you a very Happy and Healthy New Year and I will see you in 2009!

I agree with you. I havent gotten the chance to meet anyone other then you of course. Which we should do again soon so you can meet savanna. But i have made some other great friends and savanna has many people here who care alot about her. As for my new year its starting out good. Hubby became a training store which means $5000 more a year and thats the last step for him to get promoted to district manager.

I wish the same for you! And maybe that someone drops a million dollars in your lap.

i am very happy, me and my family were able to surpass all those trials and hardship that 2008 brought in our life...blessings are worth counted for and badluck should be forgotten..year 2008 my pleasure to register on this site and now we are already in the year of the OX..Hope everything will be fine..

What a nice discussion. Thank you and my wish is for you to also have a happy and healthy 2009. Thank you for being my friend and responding to my no brainer discussions. MyLot has been a fun and interesting site and I also sign on each day and try to contribute something to various discussions. Am so glad I joined this site 2 1/2 years ago and been able to meet so many nice people.

I have an adorable wife and son whom I love and I do must count them as the biggest blessing that I have in my life. Happy New year.

Jill, That's wonderful that you have many things to be thankful for. And it's a very sweet sentiment to tell people on myLot how you feel about them. Thanks for the wonderfully warm wishes you are sending out to everyone. I wish all those things to you also. I'm sort of amazed about the whole myLot thing, that I can almost feel like I know someone whom I've technically never met. Happy New Year to you!

Thanks for the wishes and I wish you the same. Yes, there are many blessings for me. The fact that I'm healthy and have all my senses intact is already a lot of blessings. The fact that no one got sick during the holidays is also a blessing. The fact that we were able to celebrate the holidays successfully is a great blessing, I could go on and on, and they would never end. God bless and happy mylotting.

Yes that is so true. To me, my best blessing has been an uneventful year. I may be called a pessimist but with so many bad things going on all around us, I can only be thankful that none of it has touched me or my family directly. I only wish that the coming year also passes by equally quickly and without any turbulence. I wish you, your family and friends a very happy 2009.

That is also my wish/prayer for 2009. I hve an excellent start on the beginning of a New Year. I have both my Grandchildren here for a sleep over. My daughter wanted to host a New Years Party at their place and I said, well why not have your friends in, I get to have you to myself for Christmas and I'll take the kids to my house for a sleep over and you can have them back New Years Day. She agreed so I have the kids. I made supper, did dishes, we made cookies and I promised them we could make buns after breakfast. It's 10:13 pm, the kids are tucked in to their beds and here I am!!! What would I do without myLot??? lol

last night ive already wrote thoe blessings that i've got last year 2008. ive already listed all those events and trials that ive been encountered and i realized that ive should be thankful to the creator cause im still alive.

You know Jill, this has been a very rough year for so many people, as you can read quite a few discussions about it. But this was one of the most nicest, sincerest one's I've read and I Thank You for that. It's 1:40 am, and reading this has made me feel nice and warm inside knowing there's people like you out in this world somewhere. Now that it is a brand spanking New Year, I hope that feeling stays with me for the rest of it. What you wished for all your friends, I'm sure, is what we are all wishing back to you. Happy New Year Jill!!!! I wish all of you the best and happiest New Year possible. Since the Big Guy upstairs showed me the way to Mylot, my life has become so full of wonderful friends and blessings beyond expectations.
