Do you like it when people ask your age?

It doesn't bother me at all now, it did when I was 28 though. I'm now 54 but my grandson adds the two numbers together and we are both 9. It's good to get past 50 then you can behave as old or as young as you like and enjoy it. It's not my age that makes me feel old, it's when people ask how old my girls are now.

I don't mind at all. But I once met a girl called me "auntie", she was 20 and I was 26, I hate this very much.
I was also 20 once, when I was 20 I never said that kind of speech, as I really don't laugh at other age.
I think I will pretend I don't hear the question at the first place, if he/she keeps questioning, I think I would ask he/she "why do I need to tell you?". And I will not mind myself aging, as it is normal in life.

I am 51 and never have I minded that people ask my age. We are born to age. If we don't age then we are dying. I prefer to age.

It doesn't bother me at all. I'm 44 years of age. I've done an incredible amount of living in four decades, and I plan to do an even more incredible amount of living in the next four, or five, or ...

Do I feel any different than I did twenty-five years ago? Sure I do! I'm alot wiser and much more confident in my abilities. Time is definitely not the enemy of anyone who genuinely appreciates every minute of it!

I am not overly sensitive about my age at all, it took me a long time to get here...lol. My sister on the other hand started being age sensitive when she got to be 50. It think the older you get the less satisfied you are with what your life is like them the more sensitive you can be. My sister is very concerned with how she looks and is irritated by grey hair and wrinkles. I on the other hand feel I have earned my grey hair and wrinkles...lol. I am happy with who I am and what I do so I am not sensitive about my age. When I was younger from the time of being a teenager, people always thought I was older than I was and now that I am they think I am younger than I am...lol. Life can be very funny at times....just have to go with the flow.

I don't mind it till some age limit.
Even though there might be some reason to ask such a question.
Someone is known person then it is fine, if someone is unknown then it depends on your gender also.
Guys can answer directly though girls might hesitate.

It doesn't really bother me.....because I have been blessed with good genes! LOL..seriously I look alot younger then I am...and so it really doesn't bother me at all to tell someone how old I am...really it doesn't...you're not going to ask me how old I am are you????....see cause it really doesn't bother me and I have to be going anyway so you aren't going to get the chance to ask me besides it really doesn't bother me at all....I'm outta here! LOL

Not at all, what is the big deal in saying or not saying...even some of my friends, especially male friends, married and unmarried both dont reveal their ages, donno why...some people are quite hesitant to reveal their age...not me

I do not mind as long as they faint with shock when I tell them that I am 66, and then say I thought you were in your forties or (early fifties at the most). If they say I was five to ten years younger, then they had better keep quiet. Also if they offer me a cane, or talk about an arthritis medicine, etc. then they better not say anything either.

Sometimes. It depends on the situation that i am into. Sometimes I feel irritated when someone asks me my age, then they'll tell me your age doesn't show on your face. How about that? am i look older than my age. That was an insult by my part. Because of that incident accusation about my age, i feel i do pretend not to hear someone speaking and asking about my age.
