Do you like it when people ask your age?

WEll.. I always tell the truth when asked about my age... and I don't really care on there comment though. Besides no one grows younger anyway. Age doesn't matter^.^

I guess I don't really mind for now, haha. Maybe when I reach the age of 30 and my agedness is starting to show, then probably I would be a bit more easy on mentioning my age:D But whenever people ask me, I don't really mind saying my real age but I would always back it up with a statement like: "Yeah yeah, I'm really getting older." So they won't have anything to say about it anymore;)

i am just 21 years young chap...so i dont hesitate to tel my name...but i dont know what i will be in future..time has the incomparable power that changes the mind set.. think i will be like now in future...but who knows? haha

I have no qualms with telling people my age.
I seldom get asked what my age is but when asked I will
answer with a smile because I am happy to have been allowed
by God to have had the pleasure of living almost 70 years with
a sound mind and with the ability to use it. It's funny how the
young can hardly wait to reach 21 then begin to think of themselves
as old when they reach 25.
My Mom who is 94 years (young) still thinks of me as being young but I guess we all think anyone who is 20 or more years younger than us is still in their prime. No matter what your age just enjoy life to the fullest and be happy to grow old.
I have often wondered why some people even ask such a question, does it really matter how old or young a person is?

I think it is funny when people think I'm younger. I'm 20 but I still look like I'm in high school. I guess that's a good thing if it stays true down the line, where I look younger than my age. It is funny though since people always told me I looked older than my age when I was a kid, and now I look younger than my age already.

No i do not like that question either..I think it is one of the rudest questions a person can ask..I have a friend that is really bad about asking peoples age & when i am with her and she ask others this question, it makes me cringe...I am NOT ashamed of my age either, I just think it is a rude question.....Sometimes i say something off the wall that no one believes..If a person tells you their age without asking then thats fine but i have NEVER been guilty of asking someones age...Also another question i hate is "how much do you weigh?" or what size do you wear?" another leading question ....I am NOT fat but i feel some questions should be your own business...People should not ask you what your salary is either..Some people are just down right rude & nosey....

You know, I've never really thought about it before, but in your typical witty manner, you've got me thinking about it, and grinning. Okay, so I'm something of a late bloomer--at age 30 I walked into the DMV to take my (first) driving test, and lo and behold, before she can catch herself the DMW clerk asks, "how old are you?" and then immediately stammers, "I mean..." and she changed the subject to something else. Just too funny.
