I have not been outside for a nice long walk in months. Mostly due to the4 snow and cold. Well Sunday evening the wife and I went for about a 2 or 2 1/2 mile walk. Let me tel;l you, after not doing this for sometime my calf and thigh muscles are killing me. Monday I woke up, stood up, and nearly fell over from the sore muscles. Today (WED) they are still sore, but bearable and what not. Have you ever waqlked so much at one time that your muscles huirt like the dickens? Do you walk often? If not what do you do for exercise? 33. dorisday1971 (2036) | 9 months ago | I haven't gone walking for quite sometime. I do some light exercise at home only. I can't leave the house for some walk because no one will take care of my baby. I just make some sit -up, bending or even push ups at home. At least, I'm getting some exercise.

It was really sad to hear that you are suffering from pain. I have also walked for almost six kilometers at a strech and then could not get up for next two hours. Though the pain remained therefor few days but the initial two hours were pathetic.

Daily early morning i will go for walking 3 kms a day after come back to my home i will do exercise also in my daily life is uses for my body in a healthy condition. Smelling the new fresh air in the morning makes me feel great and i can work happiliy all day. Comparing to other kinds of exercises, i think walking is a easy way and you can do it every where and every moment you want, so walking is the best exercise of mine to keep healthy and slim.^-^

Yes I have walked so long and far that it made my legs hurt like the dickens but not just my legs but my feet and back. I have troubles with my back and sometimes I can't even walk, so the dog is a God send, getting me out every day no matter what! A nice warm bath with Epsom Salts is so soothing for aching muscles.

| 39. Spring1984 (55) | 9 months ago | Well, I think I walk eough each day. In the morning, i will walk about ten minutes to the bus station and about 5 minutes to the company. When I go back, it takes the same or more time. So, totally, I walk about 30minutes everyday averagely.
Usually, I will feel muscle pain after i do vigorous excercise, like runing and after climbing .
