I have not been outside for a nice long walk in months. Mostly due to the4 snow and cold. Well Sunday evening the wife and I went for about a 2 or 2 1/2 mile walk. Let me tel;l you, after not doing this for sometime my calf and thigh muscles are killing me. Monday I woke up, stood up, and nearly fell over from the sore muscles. Today (WED) they are still sore, but bearable and what not. Have you ever waqlked so much at one time that your muscles huirt like the dickens? Do you walk often? If not what do you do for exercise? There we have climb a fort and my friends challenged me to reach there first. While running on that sloping road I slipped once but managed to continue my run and then while jumping from one stone I experienced a muscle pain. My instant reaction was "OUCH". Then I just said "Forget about race and challenge and started climbing slowly"

47. iamsolucky (1179) | 10 months ago | that happened to me once and i thought i was going to stay forever like that. i feel my knees dont have energy to move and my feet is so tired. it was because i sit for a long time without moving legs just to finish a deadline report. My doctor told me to massage or move legs for proper blood circulation. Working overnight and sitting for long hours is not so good. So i try to walk, stretch, relax a bit every after break at the office. happy mylottign and smile always!

I used to get that quite often as I had done so much walking although haven't had it in a long time - at least not through lots of exercise! Unfortunately I cannot walk very far at all these days and just walking the length of myself is enough to get those sore aching muscles! There are 2 parts of me that are well exercised my mouth (talking) and my fingers (typing) that is it! lol xxx
