Colon cleansing?

Nonsense. The diets might be helpful but the pills aren't usually. If it is Colon Cleanser or one of the other names sold by Nubodi out of Las Vegas, be careful. I ordered what I thought was a free trial (just paying the shipping) and they continued to mail me bottles and charge my credit card. I called and was told they would not stop and there wasn't anything I could do about it. I reported them to the BBB and found several other complaints against them. I had to cancel my credit card and the BBB must have scared them cause they refunded my money.

A good, well balanced meal will help cleanse colon and everything else. The question is: are we willing to eat what we should instead of eating the garbage we want? I will star next week. It´s always next week for me. Meanwhile I stuff myself with mayo, fried onions, melted cheese sanswich. I chave some lettuce saolad but it doesn´t appeal to me today.
All those products will cleanse your pockets: you´ll be paying a lot for something that is not worth a cent. A diet of natural juices (fruit, water and ice to the blender) and many servings of veggies plus a broth to fill the stomach is enough to do the chore. Some people suggest an intake of flaxseed too. I don´t do that but sometimes I buy those breads that have many kinds of corse flours. They taste yummy.

I guess the best thing to do is ask your doctor. There are food which are rich in fiber which are detoxifying.

I asked my doctor about this, because I would think that doing a cleaning every now and again would be a good thing. He told me that colon cleansing is a good thing but be sure not to do it too often maybe every few months or so because if done to much it will cause you to be to "open" and then you will have trouble holding it in.
He also advised me that if you are wanting to do a self colon cleansing that you should go to your local pharmacy and ask your pharmacists for it and not buy it off the internet/tv/radio. I am not quite sure why he told me not to but I am guessing there is some reason and to be honest I would rather go to my pharmacy then take my chances.

Everyone needs a good laxative once in a while to detoxify.. especially if you don't go very often... but I wouldn't spend money for a colon cleanse when got old MOM (milk of magnesia) will do just as good.

I already heard about this colon cleansing stuff because I had a writing project before with a scriptlance client with a colon cleansing topic. Detoxifying our internal body system is a must nowadays to get rid of from deadly bacteria and waste substances in the body that cannot be eliminated by natural process.

it might be a good idea.i imagine as long as it's not too strong it might be ok
every now and then.it can't be good if stuff sits in your intestine.

I think they are helpful. I do one every few months. Keeping the colon clean is a good thing. Now days with the all the possibilities of toxins in foods and so forth I think it is important to be proactive. Alot of good cleanses out there too. I am partial to the lemonade one myself. It does the trick and gets you back on trick with a vegetable soup.

No nonsense as far as I'm concerned. From all I've heard and read the benefits are substantial. The question is which are the "real" products that accomplish this, but that's just like any other pharmaceutical product...there's so much hype about everything that one never knows and the best referrals are from friends who have used them. It seems a good, healthy diet is the safest medicine, including plenty of greens (veggies).

I do not believe in using any product that is available over the counter.I would rather use some natural product.If you need to flush your system and cleanse it. Try this home remedy.Take 2 tablespoons of fenugreek(methi) coarsely powder it in your mixie.Put this powder in a cup add some curd or yoghurt mix well and have it on empty stomach.Drink lots of hot or warm water.It works wonders.I have this everyday.Only later do I have my morning coffee or tea.It really cleanses my system and keeps me feeling good.Hope it works for you too.
