Online Game Addict...

I don't like online game. I love to make money online. Making money online is addicted.

they need to get out and get a life .
this is a real sickness that needs took care of but I think it needs some one to really take notice of what is going on with a person.
I just watched Mental
and the little boy got his games all took away but he made one up in his mind that he woiuld turn vilaint and would stare off in space and his hands would be working the controls that wasnt there. The Doc finally got him where he could finish the game in his head and win it,.
BUt it took awhile and also the love of his dad to listen to the Doc. adn then and then the dad had to admit his mom had gone crazy when he was 16 So when he understood what was happening to his son . Him and the Doctors fixed it.
This is what happens to kids that set home alone with no parents around to get them off these games and out side to play swim read anything else and do it with thier parents!

Ah, Everquest. That game is notorious for addiction.

I think in a lot of ways, gaming is an escape from the real world. And if your life sucks, you're more likely to be drawn to this online fantasy world where you can gnore all your problems and be someone else. I know that that was the case for me. I was addicted to NeoPets and Ragnarok Online for years. Because on these games, I could make a lot of money and have high level characters, and basically have people worship me for having all that stuff and. But in the real world, I really had nothing to live for. I still feel like that but I have too many real-life obligations and no money to pay the subscription fee.

No, I'm not addicted to an online game. I have other things I have to do. I have to get up and move around a little bit. I sing and play the guitar. As a matter fo fact, I sing and play the guitar for one nursing home and one assisted living facility every month. I also watch television for two hours a day. I have animals I have to feed. I have a horse and a dog I feed and take care of all the time. They're my kids,lol. I also volunteer at a therapeutic riding center once a week. I exercise all the time. It's true that I spend a lot of time on the computer but I'm not addicted to anything. I also have errands I have to run so I stay busy. Kathy.

Dr. Phil did a show on one person's addiction to an online game. He's married, has two children and hasn't worked in a while. He's on the computer and while his older child has joined him in playing games on another computer in the room, his 3-year old is running around doing what 3-yr old children do on their own unsupervised. The wife is the family breadwinner now and is getting sick of working and coming home to three children!

I think it can be worse for kids to be addicted to the video games. I mean for their overall health. If it is an adult, neglecting life as a whole, family etc..an intervention needs to take place. I play Bookworm on Inboxdollars. I think I may be slightly addicted, because I earned one full check at payout from the games alone. I usually wait til after dinner, or when the children are asleep though. My family comes 1st.

Oh i am so an online game addict. I tend to vary between my games - for a while i was highly addicted to bejeweled on msn. Then it was poppit on pogo. Things that i dont have to download alot of graphics due to being on dialup.

I started playing diablo back in January and well i pretty did only that during my off time. It was a pretty good diet tool though...id get so focused on the game i wouldnt snack!

Currently I'm not addicted to a game my boyfriend and i wrapped the Diablo game we were playing and got a bit bored with it and i havent found something else because its so nice out lately and i need to do some yard work

I really like playing winster but I'm not addicted LOL I don't really have a lot of time to play games because I have 3 boys at home. In the winter while two of them are in school it is easier to play but now with summer here I hardly have time to mylot.

I can't see how people get addicted to the internet and stay on it for hours and hours because I can't do that. I have to get up and do something else for a time before coming back to it. My eyes would see double if I stayed on here for long periods of time. I do love to play games online when I'm not on here with mylot but no, I'm not addicted to them.
