good news atlast

I'm so happy my daily prayers for you were answered and that you were finally able to sleep; I know how awful sleep deprivation is! I read someone else's alarmist comment to your great news, and I agree with what you wrote back to the person. Worrying in advance about what the landlord is going to do when your lease is up 'next year' is ridiculous and unnecessary just now but guess some people can't help being negative to another person's happy news. As you know, I'm pretty busy getting my fur baby Cordy adjusted to our new fur baby Nikko. Btw, I read your e-mail and thanks so much for your suggestions on how to do this in a less-stressful manner! Bill and I started to do some of your suggestions yesterday and it's working:) Although my Cordy is still a little afraid of little Nikko (which I do know is Cordy's problem), he is venturing upstairs more now and when he does we make sure to put Nikko in a separate room so that Cordy can slowly get to know Nikko by his smell behind a closed door and vice-versa. Will keep you updated on our progress. Also busy answering new subscriber requests to my e-zine and, believe it or not, new submissions from my writers. So this month is going to fly by and before I know it I'll be publishing again:) I'm truly happy for you that this bad situation with the landlord worked out and you're staying in your apartment!

Well I say when the time comes that he wants to up the price by 100 I would take legal action. Because not only will he do this to you but he will do it to everyone. He is taking advantage of people and treating them like they are stupid. Thats like a apartment I lived in. They wouldnt make proper repairs and we took it. But come to find out if they dont make the repairs then we dont haft to pay our rent. We go to court and file a judgement against them and until repairs are made we give the court our rent. When the repairs are made then they give them there rent that I gave to them. The more people that doesnt let these places take advantage of them the less they will do that stuff. But its good he gave you longer. But he also knows he cant do anything about it. unless you are not paying your rent.

that is good news about you not losing your house. you will have time now to figure out the raise that will happen next year. for the next few months you need to just relax and take it easy.

Its hard to be under so much stress...I am glad things worked out for you and your more happy for the moment...Its awful that he wanted to raise the rent that high on you in the first place...

hello, your going to be in the same situation next year if you dont do something now. i know its easy for me to say but you need to think of something that is easy & or cheap to make & sell it on ebay(amoung other things), it only has to be $10 a week but dont touch it for a year, you will be very greatfull next year i can feel it but you must start now, please winterrose start now. you will be surprised how easy it is to turn something out of nothing & sell it on ebay cheaply..see what you can come up with-keep it simple:)

Sounds good, now you have time to look for a senior apartment or something else you like. I have never heard that there is only one day a year that people can move.. ..
In Sweden you have to give a notice three months ahead but you can choose to move any end of month you like..

I have recently had some health problems but now I have homeopathic medicine to correct them. Most of my body is rather well thanks to the great food supplements I am taking. There were only a couple of important functions that need medication.

I am soon 64 and at the moment I don´t need to take any pharmacy medicines - and am so grateful for that. And it seems that the homeopathic ones are working and I feel a lot better and also am continuing to use the food supplements as well of course..

It is important to get rid of stress as much as we can and I am so happy for you for the new situation - the less stress we have the healthier we can be..at least that is a thing that helps us a lot even if there are many other things we can add to fee better..well - having fun in myLot is one..

We need to replace my husband's car that died and we were able to sell trees off of our property and the money will come in the nick of time. We have had several times in our life, as you, where we were close to being without a home and God sent us help in time.

You are fortunate.The Goddess of good fortune smiled on you and saved you from being moving on the streets homeless.But in my life i don't feel myself that fortunate at least now.My practical exams are round the corner and i have to work hard for it.I may have to leave mylotting for a few days.My father is now struggling with lack of money that seems to be continuing for one month.But i think these are only usual ups and downs of life.They are transient and will disappear sooner or later.I too may become as fortunate as you.
