U know the main thing to like about your dil's is that they are making your son happy.I was real close[ o thought] to my oldest son's wife but since he's acting strange so she altho she actually started before my son did so go figure if u can. i sure as hell don't know what is wrong w/either one of them & besides that they are keeping me away from my grandaughter.

I don't blame u, i'd probably blown to. Both of my son's mil's are sort of controling people & i'm not easily controlled. U know me i say whatever i think to them or anyone else., lol. I'm glad u let them know that. They needed to be reminded, lol. Thanks for your response, Jill.

U needed the sleep, Cat or u wouldn't have slept that long. U for sure need some 'me time' & i'm glad u are getting it. U have had way too much on u. I'm glad i liked my hair but i would never say anything if i didn't. All i want from my dil's is for them to make my sons happy & vice versa. I don't bother them.

I'm glad u have good dil's. ALL i want is for mine to make my son's happy & let me see my grandchildren. She will save u money by doing that. If u don't miond me asking how are the prices at your hairdresser's. My dil gets $15 FOR A HAIRCUT. I WAS GETTINg $12 WHEN I HAD TO QUIT. sHE WASN'T GOING TO CHARGE ME, SAID SHE DIDN'T CHARGE her mom but i wouldn't hear to that. I didn't charge my family either but i had my own shop & she works for someone else. I wouldn't have her getting in trouble for not charging me & besides she is up there to make a living.

Wow, I had to get a calculator to work it out. That is expensive. For that money exchanged into our currency, I would get a haircut, colouring and wash and blow dry. But I would have had to purchase the colour. I get a pedicure evry month as I wear sandals or open toed shoes and this cost me the equivalent of US$5 -6 dollars.It is very cheap and boy am I glad as it is such a treat to have the hard skin removed and my feet massaged. I would go without dinner to have a pedicure. The highlight of my life when I get paid!. I am easy to please! I really should get out more

GOSH, IF U COULD GET ALL THAT it is cheap. U know i have never had a pedicure professionally. i BET THAT WOULD BE NICE. No telling what they charge for that here & we are just a small town. I think some of them here are getting city prices,

You must treat yourself one day as it it the most relaxing thing out. When my daughter came home she always had all these things done out here as they were too expensive in the States. I could be wrong but I think she said a pedi was $20 - 25 but I could be wrong about the price all I can remember is that it is expensive. wondeful to have someone removing the hard skin after soaking your feet in hot water! and then the massage! Oh it is heaven. If you get one done tell them not to rush it as you want the full treatment.

I'll REMEMBER THAT.

It's good to find one u like & stick w/them because they do learn what u want & what ur hair will do. Hairdresser aren't crazy about long hair or i wasn't anyway. . most of my customers were older & i don't think think long hair is becoming to them unless they are going to wear it up.

I would think about that style when I am older....
Right now straight or pony tail is the best for me...

Ponytails are really popular again. I always did want one when i was young but my hair was too curly & too thin to have a pretty one.

Thank u. U have been very kind to ask about him. I just found out today the dr. is off this week so we'll not being finding anything out till next week. . I think it will be a good report but would feel better knowing for sure.

i LOVED BEING A HAIRDRESSER & MADE SOME GREAT FRIENDS. i CAN IMAGINE HOW YOUR FRIEND FELT BECAUSE SHE KNEW PRETTY MUCH U WEREN'T GOING TO LIKE IT AT FIRST. I don't imagine u had to tell her she knew. U learn your customers pretty good after doing their hair for a long time.

yep...she was right too. Also I was nervous myself. Not only did I grow up with a mom who was forever doing odd things to my hair....the few times I did trust and go in to one of those places for anything other than a trim, I got chopped up so bad and they always took way too much off and the bangs were always way too short. Anyway, I did like it once I got used to it. It is kind of a shock getting that much taken off at once but she did a good job.

I keep my hair short all the time. It is hard to cut a person's hair the first time & get it just right. everyone needs to find some one that pleases them & stick w/them instead of flopping aound to different hairdressers all the time like so many people do. If u go to the same one they learn your hair & can do a better jib. Those cowlicks can be a mess. They should listen to things like that.Glad u found someone to please you.

I could care less what people think about me to be honest. I hope they have good thoughts about me but if they don't that's their problem.I'm just glad she finally cut it because since i have been retired i have had some bad hairvuts. I think u should keep things like that in the family if u can. Have a good sunday.
