What can I do with left over ....

I'm not sure I could handle coconut coffee. I guess I prefer my coffee to taste like coffee.

The brownies sound good, I will see if I have other ingredients. I've never had pina Colado, would love to try it. I doubt I have those ingredients for sure...lol. What is a mounds bar?

A Mounds Bar is a coconut nougat covered with dark chocolate. An Almond Joy is the same thing, but with an almond on it. I forgot that you probably don't have the same candy available there, but I bet you have something similar.
A Pina Colada is a mixed drink with equal parts of coconut milk, light rum and crushed pineapple. When I make them, I whip them in my blender with ice to make 'smoothies'.
If you have a brownie mix on hand, just substitute the coconut milk for the oil.

Similar to a Bounty bar if you have ever heard of those. They are actually really good.

Yeah, I was wondering if it's like a Bounty. It's coarse shredded coconut in it's own liquid sugar wrapped with milk chocolate. Very sweet.

I think the coconut in a bounty bar is a little more coarsely chopped than in a Mounds or an Almond Joy. I like all of them though.

I've not heard of a Bounty bar...good excuse to go look for one. Ok, if you still have your coconut milk, make a thick pudding/pie filling and stir in mini chocolate chips. It would be like a Bounty/Mounds pie, right?

Coconut rice sounds nice too but I'm out of rice...good thing I have a shopping trip next week eh?

VCO is virgin coconut oil. Google VCO and you'll get to know the benefits of VCO. I am sure you'll be able to find agar agar powder in your local mart.

Hi Cat, I think gelatin is made from the same source as agar agar. It is very common in my place and can be found everywhere. They are two brands available here. One is from Indonesia and one is from Japan. The Japan made is better.

Hi andygirl...welcome to myLot. Red and green curries are so yummy but a little hot for me so I think that's the way I will go...I have more chicken and some green curry paste so that means I won't have to waste it.

My Mum used to give us sago when we were little...it is still in the shops but not seen very often these days.

In that case tom...the half can I have left over would not be enough. It's actually not purple but a soft bright pink. Stick with the facts please.
