Who is un-American?

Everyone who is not inhabiting both the North and South American continents.

okay so you label democrats as calling every un american, and I suppose you republicans are so darned perfect, then why are you calling all us democrats as labeling you republicans? arent we americans just like you,we pay taxes,we raise our families, we help to make our country what it is, I know I am just wasting my breathas Republicans usually blame anything that goes wrong on people who uphold the democratic party. I have known rotten republican and rotten democrats too, and liberals and green party. first we are all people. I thought America stood for democrats and republicans for people of all colors, all political persuaions, all sexes,we are free for all of us. how dare you label anyone like that.that is just hatred,it doesnt belong in my lot at all.

Hello. I was not born on the American land. I am originally from the Caribbean Islands but I live in America. I am legal to live in America because I have my green card and social security number and i been living here for 7 years, am i considered an American or Un American because I know most of the people who live in America White,Black,Asian and other races is not even from America but they lived here for a couple of years and they call themselves American.

I consider anyone who thinks and acts as if they are above the law and who disregard the rights and protections granted to the American people under the Constitution to be un-American. I consider anyone who tries to silence dissent through intimidation, defamation and open ridicule to be un-American. I consider elitist snobs to who hold most of the American populace in low regard to be un-American. I don't CARE what their ideology is or which side they are on, if their intent is to stifle opposing views from being expressed freely, they are un-American.

Yep... it sounds like those who want to reinstate the Fairness Doctrine... or use regulations to accomplish b the same thing. It sounds like those who want to label dissent as hate mongering, and that want to label anyone that disagrees with the libturd socialist agenda as low level domestic terrorists.

In short, it sounds like anyone who favors the Fascist Usurper in Chief and the rest of the democrats.

Anyone who does not like the principles that this country was founded upon, and anyone who thinks the Constitution is flawed or a living document falls into this category.

Gew, I have never called anyone UN-AMERICAN from disagreeing with anything. BUT, I was called UN-AMERICAN by MANY republicans when I didn't support the Patriot Act, when I pointed out that the Bush administration was using the phoney terrorist threats during the 2004 election, and when Bush wanted to start another war so he could be reelected. Oh how republicans forget how their right wing hate radio talking heads called desenting voices to theirs UN-AMREICAN. Maybe you should do some research on this one GEW, unless you want to remember the Bush years.

Nancy Pelosi said when surrounded by anti-war protestors that she liked "disruptors". Of course, at that time the dissenting speech she upheld wasn't directed at her. Now that the dissenters are disagreeing with Nancy, she's sure they are all un-American.

The truth is that free speech sometimes means people will say things we don't agree with and things we don't like.

Those who can't agree that she is wrong to uphold the right to free speech for those who agree with her and would deny it to those who disagree aren't really interested in equal rights for all. They figure there are only so many civil liberties to go around so they will make sure they go to all the right people, that is, those that support their views.

Dissent is essential to democracy. Disagreeing with that is un-American.

This country was founded on dissent.
Well, if being American means being a radical, psuedo-socialist, absolute facist, then I guess I can live with being Un-American.

It's unamerican not to have another party, it should be called the civilian party, and should be any civilian from any states who have their own hero's who show pure promise for Americans and human values.

That reminds me of a quote by the WWII German General Hermann Goering during his trials at Neuremberg. "After all, it is the leaders of the country who determine policy, and it it always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliment, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brough to the bidding of the leaders. That is wasy. All you have to do it to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for a lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country."

Strange to think that is exactly what is being argued here!!!!
