Do You Use Mrs. Dash Seasonings?

I told a poster about this today, she said she never heard of it where she is from, I like Mrs dash cause I can't have salt, I like it on salmon,chicken things of that nature, never used it on salad,will try that.

nurse who suggested I use it instead of salt as I have high'blood
pressure and diabetes too. and I really liked it on salads, on'meat dishes in pasta dishes.oh I loved it on my eggs and in my own'home made soups.

I do use it once in a while......especially on veggies....it does have a great taste and jazzes up what you season with it!

My husband has a salt restriction so we recently started the Mrs. Dash Seasonings, I bought one of each to try. I like to combine them with other salt free seasonings such as cumin. Or I also like to use flavored olive oils, and balsalmic vinegars along with the Mrs. Dash. We went from using really strong flavors on our food we like a lot of flavor. Mrs. Dash is good but I still need to do a little more to keep up with our taste buds.

We use it when we are grilling. Other than that, we usually use separate spices.

It's nice to hear that you like the seasonings so much. Years ago, my parents used to use the seasonings all the time. I remember putting them on steamed vegetables and grilled chicken. I have seen the commercials lately for the seasonings and have been thinking about trying them. I wasn't sure they were any good. I think I may try them and see if they are any good for myself. Thanks for the recommendation.
