Your Favorite Scents...  

i'm a female but i'm not to big on the girly perfumes i like the smell of mens colognes better so i used to wear alot of those. i now where some girly perfumes but i have no idea what the are called. i just put it on and if the hubby likes it i wear it again. if he doesn't then i don't wear it. as for the mens colognes i still like wearing those above all else but i don't because my hubby asked me not to

i have chemical sensitivity to scents meaning i get migraines from them. however, there are some scents i can tolerate and nothing ups my senses than to smell fruity scents on another person. i do feel sorry for some people who reek of any chemically scented perfumes or colognes or eau de toilette, even lotions. as it it is said that the moment somebody farther than a foot smells your scent then you are wearing too much. also, in health, people who can't smell if they're reeking of perfume already are those deficient in zinc. also, they have to be sensitive to people like me who suffers from too much scents. some people get nauseas, some suffer breathing problems, some get migraines...peace

Hi patofgold, I wrote to myspace about Pixprofit. If they have any issues they will let us know. In the meanwhile, I figured out that these people are only trying to develop such database so that they can sell it to prospective interactive websites. It makes sense, doesnt it? Especially since they themselves are using a captcha at the time of registering the data entry operators. But what disturbs is they dont have any formal agreement - terms of contract. May be the person who designed the website forgot that. Coming to this discussion, my favorite would be what my mother used to use - but I dont know the name of it. :( I was much too young to know. I can only remember the smell faintly. I prefer floral scents, but I also like sandalwood - which is woody. Spicy is definitely no no. The brands that we get here are very different from the ones u all get there. I am happy enough with the local brands.

Dear friend, I generally prefer very mild perfumes as i am allergic to very strong perfumes Ita intense smell makes me irritating. I always prefer mild flower perfume. But i apply perfumes rarely. Thanx and happy mylotting

I have a nephew that if he comes into contact with most perfumes, he's more than likely gonna be making a trip to the emergency room. I don't live near him anymore and there's not that much chance of him popping in. But, I still don't wear perfumes. Since I'm pretty sure there's a few out there that are just as sensitive.

But, yous are aware that many of the chemicals that are claimed to be toxic in cigarettes are also thrown into the perfumes right? so, weather you feel any noticable reaction or not, if they are bad for your health in the cigs, they are bad for you health in the perfume.

I like those sweet scents of wild flowers. Ester Lauder has a range of nice perfumes.

I love a lot of different scents but, I suffer from migraines and so I'm very limited as to what I can wear. The longer I am exposed to a scent the more likely I am to get a migraine. I have wore the same perfume for probably 20 years because it's the only one that doesn't give me a headache. I wear Designs.

Hello Pat, my favourite scent is Joop! And it has a lovely fresh fruity smell about it, when I used to work in an office full mostly of women I was forever getting compliments about my scent and many said I was quite fruity! Flattery and all that, but it always went down well. So men if you are reading this, use Joop and you'll have the women all over you, like bees around honey!!!! I also like CKOne and my mum always comments on the smell, 'You smell nice'! But I get more compliments over Joop, so naturally I like to have a good stock of Joop in my collection just for the ladies ;0)
