Booboo, the silly one

I wish you guys could've seen what was happening at my feet this morning!
Okay - so I'm in the bathroom taking care of "stuff" and Boo came in. After I yanked my fingers away because he was biting them, he started reaching into my house shoes to scratch.
Now, my house shoes are those flip flops that don't have the thing that goes between the toes, but they are plastic (the better to not be damaged by cats if they decided to do "rude" things to them.)
So, Boo started reaching into the shoe with both paws, then he pulled one out and reached into the other shoe. He was pawing at his one foot in the shoe with his other foot in the other shoe.
Pretty soon I was busting a gut while he's rolling on the floor with a foot in each shoe and trying to catch his own feet!
So, don't you wish you had a silly cat like Booboo?

[b]She has one! She says it's too hard to figure out! Oh, the things she could film in her house! I'm sure there's enough talent there to win on America's Funniest Home Videos!!!

[b]Well be sure you get the old ones out before they ruin the machine, then!
Small, you say...does this mean it uses small tapes, or is just small overall? If the latter, then may I have it? If I can ever afford new batteries, I'd figure it out & film something!

LOL That is just too funny. Booboo sure likes to play. I have silly cat as well. Simba acts like a dork at times. What he does alot of that freaks my hubby out is he will sit either in the middle of the living room or in a corner and just stare into space like he sees something. Soon after, he will start talking to whoever it is he's seeing. I kept telling hubby that Simba is seeing spirits and is talking to them. He's calm while doing it and don't freak out at all. The attached pic shows him in one of his staring trances.

I wish you had a video camera with you at the time.
But silly cats are fun, aren't they?

Cats are so silly and so imaginative! I love to watch them play--from a safe distance, I'm deathly allergic to them--and I truly thing they do use their imaginations to pretend they are wrestling with enemies or something!

[b]You know it! Let's face it, as sweet as Minnie can be
(most of the time), she's pretty much on the sedate (some might say dull) side. The only time she does anything remotely silly is when she gets the weirds (a rare event), or when she mugs me for treats.
The rest of the time she just sits around on her...dignity....

Would have loved to have seen that! Boo sounds so lovely and smart! I love catching my animals doing silly stuff. My dog Cassie has been known to chase her own tail for hours; you’d think she would be sick of it after a while.
We have a sliding door that separates our living area to the back of the house where our cats spend most of their time. Being the clever little sweethearts that they are they both figured out how to push the door open and get out so my husband put a latch on the wall so the door can be secured and not opened from the inside unless you are human (lol)
The other night I caught my cat Rosie standing on her two back legs leaning into the door with one front paw and using the other to take the latch off so she could go to her part of the house. They still can’t get out but it looks like one of them has figured out how to get back in!

i bet you wish you'd gotten that one on video. LOL I take my camera almost everywhere with me, and every now and then when I forget the stupid thing, something interesting happens, that I wish I'd captured on video. Never fails, it happens when the camera is out of reach. LOL

Oh but I DO have a silly cat like Booboo!! lol I have OreoCookie's kitty, actually we share her, Sassy, she's a silly kitty and I can't help but laugh at her antics. Give her a milk container ring and she goes berserk chasing it all over the house! lol One time I surprised her by accident and she hopped on all four legs side ways!! lol Then there's Big Boy, he'll run across the yard and up a tree half way and stop like, "what did I do that for?" Or some of the others will play together and get me to laughing at them..... animals are so much fun to have, aren't they?
