How do you say I LOVE YOU MOM AND DAD

We have a pretty close family and I tell my parents everyday that I love them. We don't hang up the phone without saying it- it just isn't done. I love you- the words are simple but so many families have a hard time expressing them but not us.
My husbands family is a little different and I have asked him about it often- he just always says it wasn't something they did- but he does it all the time- I don't leave the room let alone the house without hearing "I love you".
And after 13+ years together I have just started saying it to his parents when we get off the phone- at first I admit it was a little odd but now they say it too. So I guess its like anything else in life- practice saying, keep saying it, and well... It'll catch on.

As for myself, my mother and I are very close friends! I would never have imagined the relationship that we have today while growing up. She is literally my best friend I would not have it any other way. If I don't see her everyday I at-least call her, and at the end of our conversations we always tell each other that we love one another. I know that it might be a little corny but I think its a cute relationship that I have with my mother now. I think that everyone should have good relationships with their parents. It is such a beautiful thing to have!

well it is true but mom &dad can understant it by just caring them,never make them feel lonely,talking to them of day to day work & taking advice for them in your work.spending holidays with them.what do you think about these advises

when i was younger, i would truly felt a shyness of how i would express and tell my parents how i love them. and it will always comes out that they dont matter where infact they are my model, my life and my love forever. by now i am more expressive with what i feel. i do told them i love them in many different ways. through words, works and in deed.

i always says i love you to my parents every night before i sleep,i just hug them and say i love you mom and i love you dad goodnight.for them it is very sweet they still appreciate even when i am adult.

Yes, I do most of the time. I will hug them when I see them. Whenever there is time, I will visit them. Since Oriental families do not say " I love you" easily, their actions will show the love. Body language is very important in Asian societies.

I say it from now to then. You never know when you might lose someone, and at that point it's too late to say "I love you". I say it occasionally to my mom, but I don't say I love you, I say "Ik hou van jou mama".

My family is extremely close, and in light of the fact that I lost my father at a very young age, I never forget to tell my mother that I love her. We talk on the telephone at least one time every day and I always end the conversation with telling her "I love you." When we go over to her house, whenever we are getting ready to leave I always give her a hug and a kiss. The reasoning ultimately for all of this is that she is my mother and I have her to thank for giving me life and raising me into the woman that I am today.

I rarely utter the words to them. I am not too vocal of my feelings. I show them in action. But of course,sometimes, your parents have to know how much you love them. Once in a while I say it to them, I owe them my life.

I know that i cannot say them directly so I want to do something great to make them feel proud.Once they get that their child has done everything for them,then they will surely realise that u love them the most in your life.
I agree that after marriage especially the guys change and his mom and dad becomes his second priority.But thats a universal truth and we cannot change someones feelings to be more possessive for others.
The guys should think again and again about this and give their parents as much importance they give to their gf or wife.
