Do You Pay Attention to TV Ads?

I have a friend who is in school for advertising and she makes us watch all the commericals and points out cool like techniqual stuff in them. But honestly most of the time since I tivo everything pretty much I just fast forward right through them all. I actually don't listen to the radio for this very reason that I can't stand the ads. They annoy me I do if I'm watching something live do other things while its on.

The only ones I like, are the ads they show during super bowl half time show. Other than that, it's the same old same old.

I tend to watch TV while "studying" or writing up notes from class, so I definitely don't really pay attention to the adverts because I'm doing stuff in between, pretty much all the time. When I don't have classwork, I MyLot in the ad breaks when watching TV - yay for multitasking! However, I*do* remember some ads, and they're usually the catchy ones or the REALLY REALLY annoying ones.:P But no TV ad has ever made me want to go out and buy their product.

Oh, okay..except for one McDonalds ad that they ran for their Bacon & Egg McMuffins. THAT ad always made me crave them.

I also dislike some commercial Ads in the TV, but it actually have some very funny,interesting and creative Ads, this types maybe can worth us to see. In the fact, i also spend less time on TV, I only pay my attention in TV during news time, discovry time or some interesting topics i want to watch.

I mostly hear commercials in the background while I'm doing other things. So I can usually hum a jingle without even knowing what the product is. There is this one stupid jingle, Do do, do do a dollop...It's a commercial for Daisy sour cream. That jingle has gotten into my head so many times. I seem to notice it a lot on HGTV (I guess their target demographic are people who watch HGTV).

no, i don't. tv ads, with sometimes 10 in between the regular programming, is a respite for me to spend time going to the bathroom and do other things. it is because they are always the same ads that continue to be shown. if a new ad comes out, that surely catches our attention especially if it is worth that attention.
it is my children who easily notice it especially if the ad is funny.

i remember when the children were still younger, they turn their heads away from the regular programs that i watch and stay put and become glued to the screen when the tv ads are shown.

nope i can't say i do. they basically just goes in one ear and out the other for me. Unless of course the ad is really new and takes me completely off guard. Sometimes i can remember adverts if they are on many many times. they just subliminally inserts itself into my mind.

I usually don't pay attention to the commercials unless it's during the superbowl (and I only watch that if the Steelers are in it!)
Otherwise I am just listening to the TV while doing something else. If I'm watching something I get up during commercials and do something around the house.

Oh I hate TV Ads! especially if there's a good movie on and they have to break for ads.. makes my blood boil

But nowadays I don't watch TV at all as its all garbage and rubbish. When I do I usually go make my self a cuppa or go pee during commercials. Even news is so boring so I spend more time on the internet

Not all the time I will pay an attention to Tvs advertisement.
Some advertisements are so boring and not meaningful and interesting at all.

I like to watch KFC advertisement, they always come out with fantastic advertisement to introduce any new meal that they are having.

My son love to watch Tvs advertisement and he can remember very well what is the advertisement about next time when he sees it again.Kid always has a good memory.
