If it's in fact true, it is blatently inapropriate. the guy is doing a really goods job of sticking his nose in state busniness lately isn't he. the 10th amendment exists for a very good reason. And with the current crowd running things in DC, is it any wonder so many states have introduced or passed 10th amendment and soviergnty resolutions?
