Do you have a landline/home telephone or just a mobile phone?

i've got mobile and landline,coz it's cheaper for me to do it that way,me and my boyfriend ring a lot of 0845 numbers for helplines and stuff,which we use the landline for coz it's cheaper than a mobile

Dont really use the landline much though, but the broadband comes down the line for free so we pay the line rental just to get the internet
Dont really use the mobile much either

We are definately a cell phone family. 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Our family plan is very conservative and I have to stay on top of the usage constantly. However, with the conveinance it's far more cost effecient than having a land line. We have a land line, however, it is for data only (internet) or "dry loop", which means we can't plug our phone into it and use it. We have DSL for internet through our phone company which is far cheaper and IMO works just as well as an other high speed ISP. We save about $100 per month going this route.

I have both. My cell is prepaid. so I use it only if I am out and about or for some reason I didn't answer my home phone.. which happens a lot lately. I use the thing so infrequently - I totally ignore it when it rings. because it is always someone wanting to sell me something or someone trying to collect something. But I do a bit of text with my cell and that is pretty cheap.
Mainly I keep my home phone around for home emergencies.

My family member, like my 3 brother and me owned atleast 1-2 mobile phone each, while my mother own one mobile phone, we do have two landlines, one is for family use and also for internet connection, while the other landline is for business purposes.

mobile phones here doesnt really cost that much so, were allowed to have as many as we can as long as we pay our bills in time and my mother would not intrudes us for having so many.

landline, we use 2 landline, because we still believed that personal calls and business should not mixed up.

I have both a land line and a mobile. I much prefer my land line. I only have the mobile for my car and use it only for emergencies. Now my son on the other hand, his mobile is his life line.

we need the landline phone for my husband's work, and we don't have a problem for telephone bill coz their office pay for it...
we use our mobile phones for personal purposes...

I am using a landline phone before with my internet,but due to slow connection,i had my landline disconnected and changed my internet connection with wireless broadband too.

I don't think it is wiser for me to keep my landline phone when i had my mobile and internet connection.

We have both. When my husband was home, I thought it might be easier just to cancel our landline, and go with the cell phone. However, the reception out here is not the best, so we'd lose the signal sometimes. Now that my husband is working, we definitely need the cell phones, and the landline.

I think I'm talking myself in circiels. lol

hi jugsjugs I do not have a cell phone just a landline or home phone,just your basic old style phone. that is all I need where I am now. as for using phone for internet no way Jose, I am on cable and though it may cost me 33 to 37 dollars a month its so
much faster.
