Stay at home mums do you get bored?  

I'm no longer a stay at home mom... and I was only one for about 6 months or so while my daughter was a year old and I LOVED it! I wish I could do it now! My house was always clean - me and Jos were always happy - we had our own little routine that got breakfast, bath, house cleaned, workout and nap all before 11am! Then we'd go to the neighbors and her and i would share a cup of coffee or two while our kids played, take a walk to pick up her son from school, go to the playground and back home. Jos and I would pick up any lost toys and figure out what was for dinner! I loved every second of it!

If it weren't for my darn house and car - I could almost afford to stay home. lol I don't think I could ever get bored! Especially now that she's 3! We'd have a blast!!

My wife is a stay at home mom but the way I see it, she does more hard work than I do from the laundry to taking care of the kids and the list just continues. That's why when she nags i just keep silent because i understand how hard it is for her. Cheers!

One thing I want to say from your sentence reorganizing you word ....

It needed time to be bored...means if you are busy where you find time to think are you bore or not!

The word bore is devils thinking. and you all know that idle brain is devils workshop and out put of this workshop is the word bore.

So I want to say that I you have intended to any work it is not possible for you to be bored.

Well both of my kids are teenagers...one being 19 and the other will be 17 in a week. So I don't have a whole lot to do for them (pretty cool huh? LOL). So at times I start to get bored. But that's when I start going on my many websites that I'm a member of. Or if it's bad enough I break out the books I've been reading. But the computer always seems to pull me back. Haha! I have friends that I hang out with too, so the boredom doesn't last for very long.

When I was a stay at home mom I was not bored, but that has been many years ago. I did not watch much TV and we did not have computers very much in the homes then. I did lots of things like take the kids to the library, and sew, and go for walks with friends and put them in dance or gymnastics classes and swim, and work out myself.

Until we're ready, and I have a job I am just a stay at home wife... but I do get bored from time to time. I usually play video games or spend my time here. I hope to get a job and I have on lined up but it's just them calling me is the thing! lol!

Now maybe you could babysit more children, or take online classes etc?

I was a stay-at-home mom for more than a year, after I gave birth to my second child. I love every moment. I brought my kids to the nearby mall after school and we had ice cream and anything they fancy. I miss those days, and even now my kids tell me they miss having me around the house all day. I hope I can be a stay-at-home mom again, but that is not possible at the moment.

i was a stay at home mom for the past few months, i never get bored inside the house since i have lots of works to be done including the household chores and i also have computer works.

Well it was years ago I was a stay at home mom but if I was a stay at home mom I'd take the kids out to the park or on some other fun activity.

I am not a mom, but I do stay at home. I have not been able to look for work since my husband has a boss who does not allow him to do anything. My husband is treated badly and yet he still stays. My husband does not care that our marriage is suffering. He would much rather work as a slave to his boss. His boss claims there is no money in the budget to give him more hours but yet his boss can hire two new people full time. I, on the hand, feel so depressed. I have tried talking to my husband and it does not help at all. All we do is fight. My husband does not care that I have been sitting here all day crying and that I am also so close to wanting to end my marriage.
