Do you ever check the pressure in your wheels on your car?

I have a great mechanic and they check my tires annually. I also have a place where I get gas that checked the tire pressure for me. I feel fortunate to have good help in these areas. I get freaky if the tires on my car look the least bit low and I go right away and have them checked.

It is very important to check the tyre pressure on my car, as to run them when low on air would be to cause wear, as well as effect the handling. On slippery roads, I believe that the pressure should be a little lower than on non-slippery roads.

I do not have my own car. I drive my daughter's car though and it has a light that comes on and lets you know the tire pressure is low. That is good that it lets you know and you can stop and put the air in in the tire.

My husband checks the tires every week and in the winter we check every day. I am one who gets paranoid very easily. I hate driving in the winter to begin with, but if I am forced to I check my tires each time. I never let my husband drive without checking the tire pressure. It is the first thing he does before he gets in the car.

I'm too lazy to check on them, and I repent doing so.
One day I found out that one of my wheels was out of air. Then I wished I would have checked earlier, as it happened really far from my house and I needed someone to come to help me replacing the wheel.

We don't have a car anymore, because we've both gone almost blind, but when we did have one, my husband constantly checked the tire pressure to make sure the wheels were inflated, and there were no leaks. On the rare occasions when there was a leak, he was never far from a gas station.

I do this myself...I probably don't do it as much as I should but I do put air in my tyres.

I check the pressure on my tire or if my husband is at home I ask him if he will check them. Usually I check if a tire looks low or try to remember to check about every three months at least.

After an unfortunate incident in the past, I stopped driving for almost 6 years now. It is my oldest son who drives our car. Every morning, the car is washed, engine oil, wheel pressure, etc. are checked by our male helper. Our male helper knows a bit because he had once enrolled in a technical course for this. Last Sunday, as we were on the way for church, I noticed that one rear wheel was deficient of air, so we passed by the gas station and had it refilled. It is free of charge in most gas stations here.
