Christopher Lee a police officer for the city of Dolton Illinois, that state again, back in October 09 throw a special needs child into a locker breaking his nose. Was this an isolated event no, last year he shot his ex-wives new husband outside their, not his, yard 24 times. For the record Lee kill his ex-wives new husband but the Chicago police department ruled that the shooting was in self defense. While investigating the school event, Lee was arrested in Indiana for raping a woman. http://www.chicagobreakingnews.com/2009/10/dolton-cop-in-beating-case-faces-unrelated-rape-charge.html

You are locky that was all! Here in Texas police officers kill children already subdued on the ground, kill people opening doors to them and kill people who are simply angry and not violent with system; and Texas law gives them free passes! In Texas a police officer can kill you for no reason at all and gets away with it. You should have chekced my discussion "How are law enforcement officers in your State?"

Well that is the problem with giving other people power over your life.

Anarchist? You are not contemplating anarchism, are you? Please, Gewcew23, we need some law and order in society to keep us from some of us!

How did this man even get to be a cop? Much less a school cop around kids. He better be glad I was not that kid's mom.....THIS MOMMA don't play that. He would have to find a deep dark hole to hide in...it would be the only thing to save him. Forget the cops. Forget getting a lawyer..call 911, your going to need it.. because momma is going to kick your (bad word). This man belongs in jail. The school needs to answer as to how this guy got hired in the first place. You really can't trust ANYONE with your kids now a days...not cops, teachers, scout leaders, none of the people that used to be trustworthy with your kids.

They must have been desperate for policemen. The parents need to sue the school, the city, and the man himself. Teach them a listen for hiring scum of the earth.

Oh...I am sure the parents are going to sue everyone they can get their hands on. And it is probly the nicer thing to do....but the mom in me would want "real" pain inflicked on someone (several someones) for hurting my child like that. Schools have a higher responsiblity when it comes to protecting the children in their care...they failed. Who ever hired him should be fired.

This officer may be part of the union and often such assignments go to the most senior officers who apply. One of the problems with a public employees union it becomes very difficult to remove from their job or assignment. Such men should not be in a position of power over people. He can not be trusted and his temper will cause people harm.

The irony of government employees needing a union. Government, we are told, is here to protect us, yeah right but what ever. So government is needed to protect us, but government employees need a union to protect them from government. Crazy because I have yet to find a union that protects me from government and the unionized government employees.

If not in prison, he should NEVER EVER be allowed to work anywhere NEAR kids.

I think he should be placed in prison. Prison is for this type of a person.

Ooh, look at the big tough police officer - he can beat up a high school kid. There was absolutely no reason for that attack. What's the penalty for assaulting a minor?

The penalty should be the same as for an adult. I am not sure what that is but he should get it.

I have no idea how that man is a cop. If I were the child's parents I would sue him, the police department and the state regulating board if I could. That man belongs in prison for the rest of his life--I heard about this last week and could not believe my ears!

It is scare to think about how many more not predators that is masquerading as a cop. What a great job for the scum of the earth than to become a cop. Another thing I have noticed is either police abuse is on the raise or police abuse is being reported on more.

That is shocking. The guy is completely out of his mind. It was obvious he killed his ex-wive's husband out of spite, because NOBODY needs to shoot somebody 24 TIMES in order to defend themselves. And throwing a kid into a locker so hard he broke the kid's nose? Damn, there had to be some serious force behind that push. The icing on the cake is these rape allegations, which are no doubt true, but this bent cop will use his powers and connections to get off the hook yet again. This man should be locked up, he is more of a criminal than the people he is responsible for bringing to justice

What if he had rapped a school child? He was capable of such actions. Imagine the man that is in charge of protecting your children, assuming you have children is the very person that your children are needed protected from.
