Small country churches. have u ever been to one?  

There's a place dear to me where I'm longing to be with my friends at the old country church. Precious years of memories, for the joy they bring to me. How I wish once more to be with my friends at the old country church. I was saved by Christ in a small country Church and continued for about five years. After that, I transferred to a new church where we belong to the pioneer members. It is growing and it's good to have a spiritual home where our spiritual life will grow by God's grace.

It is nice to go to a small church, the only thing is when some of them get in their little spats over things, it involves the whole church. It is a more at home feeling. I used to go to one, until one of the little spats disrupted the whole church and it turned into a mess.

I must admit..NO, I have NOT attended the ONLY church here, as a regular participant, as it is St. Andrews Anglican, a very English devout Church, but once about every 6 weeks they have a guest leader and I do attend when it is United!

It is a lovely little Church, about 80 years or more old.

Since relocating to my present residence I have been attending the village church which is only a stone throw from my house. It is a small church, more like a chapel and I see the same people every Sunday attending mass. It is a small community and mass is conducted by a catechist in the absence of a priest who only come once a month. Oh..yes, they do have potlucks once in a while which I enjoy very much as I get to taste the different dishes prepared by the parishioners.

Though I grew up in Suburbia that was slowly turning into city we still went to a little country church, at least by how it ran. There where at tops 10 families maybe 12 at one point. We met in a grange hall with a moose and caribou head on the back wall always in attendance and it was great. Everyone was close, every function was like being at a family event and since we moved I have done nothing but look for that same atmosphere. Unfortunately it seems I grew up in an unique setting church wise.

I always used go to small churches why because small people over there are very innocent and friendship with them cannot be replaced by others. Really the prey by that people make god happy.
I feel happy to go small church in small countries.

I love small country churches. I have been to a few throughout my life. I have also attended biggerr churchs in the city. If i have a choice, I would prefer the smaller country church. People there seem to go more out of their way for each other. It is is a comfort in times of need.

I never been 2 a church yet. it barely have church around me, I am planning 2 go to a church in guangzhou next month, I hope 2 have great time there

I did go to a really small church for many years and really liked it. I am not into the kind of churches that do revivals and don't like them.

I'm not really much into "southern cookin'" either, what with my allergies I have to be so careful about food, and I don't like fried stuff much.

Before my last move, I started attending mass in the nearby hospital chapel rather than the cathedral where I was supposed to go. I found it "warmer", for sure.
