beginning different today

Each morning I follow the same plan, I get up, drink coffee, eat breakfast, shower, dress and begin my day. Today I had to go to the lab for blood work. This means no food. So my whole morning is messed up and I then seem to have a difficult day all day, just because of a small change like 1/2 an hour of difference. How silly is that? How flexable are you when your day starts differently?

It always change to me sometimes I wake up at 9am sometimes 12pm and sometimes 3pm. Because I don't sleep at night only 2 hours so it drag until the next day. After waking up, I will wash my face, brush my teeth, and go to toilet. Then, I dress up and eat my breakfast and began to work at mylot and pixprofit. Only at midnight I will stop working coz I am a depressioner no one hires me with this illness. I am living a kind of poor life here, someone with any suggestion how to make money online can PM me. Thank you for your information and I can be your referral.

this happens to me sometimes.. but not really a big deal as long as i still have coffee on the side, no matter how i start or if i have a different day.. it's hard if things are coming and you're totally out of preparation, sometimes you messed up but sometimes it put some excitement..

I relate to that because it has happened to me on some occasions. I am the kind of person who is big on routine and I don’t usually appreciate changes to it! It does somehow ‘throw me’ when something different happens. Not being able to at least have coffee in the morning is hard to take! I remember getting up on the day I was going into hospital to have some surgery and not being allowed to even have a sip of water. Missing my coffee was the absolute worst!

I don't like change either and I get really anxious when things are out of routine. I need to be in control!

Personally I can relate with this one, as my day is pretty much the same way. I am really trying to get in a pattern of what I do each day, the exception being Sundays as I know I have to attend church then, but since I work Swing Shift I really try sleeping in each day until at least 10:30 and go to sleep no earlier than 2 or 3 a.m. as I am not home until after 1. When I have to get up earlier other than Sundays for something it does interupt my day and makes me grouchy usually as well.

A little change in my daily routine like not taking my morning coffee will not see me in my normal self. I have to faithfully follow my daily regime to kick start my day. Breakfast is important to me but I can skip lunch without problems.

I am on holidays until Apr 15/11, and am working up to a big change in 3 days time. On Friday morning my wife an I set out on a 2400 road trip to Alamo Texas. It will take us 6 days as we plan on stopping over in Greensboro NC to visit our second son. Will stay over one day and set out again on Monday the Nov 1st. We look forward to the trip with some trepidation. Its quite a change, but we have accomplished it every year for over 10 years.

As flexible as I need to be, but not necessarily cheerfully flexible. :D

I'm ok with it as long as I am not feeling rushed. If I start the day out rushing, I feel like am rushing all day.

Hehe, I seem to be the opposite of you. I start every day differently! Mainly because my life adjusts itself around my work schedule, which changes day-to-day. Some days, like today, I'll work from 11 am to 7pm, some days I'll work 6:45 am to 3 pm, some days my schedule will be totally different. It all really just depends. That's why I haven't even attempted a routine..It would almost be like a waste of time. lol. Well, I hope you get your routine back to normal.

I know what you mean. As long as I can eat something, Im alright but if its an emergency and I dont have time to eat something, then I know I'll have a hard time until I can have something to eat. But getting up earlier or later doesnt bother me. Sorry you had a bad day hope your blood works comes out ok!
