A windy, snowy day picture

hi again from rainy Southern Ca Garden grove more like soggy grove as it rained last night and most of today and hard again. we just 'came through a week of torrential rains, with mudslides in the burned out areas from last falls wild fires. all our towns were flooded and a lot of damage.I just hope we are done with the rains for ahile now. and the nights have been really cold close to freezing and here our buildings are not insulate. my room is really chilly right now and I have a space heater but its not really warming up the whole room like I had hoped. I have a nasty cold so this chilly weather is not helping me feel good either.

Wow that is a great deal of snow, but should not surprise me as it is coming our way. Last week in December through mid January we get loads of snow to the point where we get snowed in.

here in southern Ontario where i am, we had a green Christmas, snow for a couple of days this past week and a massive rain storm on Friday. the temperatures have been up and down like a yo yo! mind you, i dont really mind if it is warm outside. it beats having to wait for the bus to go to work in freezing wind chills!

We have had a ton of snow...but today we had rain...go figure..this weekend we are looking at very cold temps which we had a spell of earlier...strange weather we are having!

We also had bad weather in the Philippines. Usually it is drought that dries up even water dams and heavy typhoons that almost killed my people. A long time ago, we experienced the typhoon "Ondoy:, can't remember the international name. This typhoon leave most of the people near my province homeless and even rich people also lost their properties.

Not yet but I want to. In India most dangerous climate is the raining one in mumbai, floods arrive due to heavy raining there. But I live far away from there near delhi and its normal here.

I live in one of many areas in California wear it does not snow, but it is very green right now.

We haven't had much snow here in "southern" Ontario, and it's forecast to rain tomorrow and reach a high of 7°C...

we have been having crappy weather.. snow and ice.. its been bad for a day or two but last year it was like weeks of it and a foot of snow when tn usually gets at most 3 inches and for like 1 day lol

WE haven't had anything this year so far. But last year we got a full blown blizzard on Christmas Eve. Lots of people got stuck trying to get to thier holiday destinations! It was terrible... but so far this year... nada!

That is an absolutely stunning picture. This year we've had a lot more snow than is normal thus far into the winter. Typically in our neck of the woods, we will get about a total of two inches of snow in the month of December and instead, this year we ended up getting about 12 inches of snow. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures of the snow thus far this winter because most of it has fallen at night and I would love to catch a great snow while it is falling.

Brrr! It looks really cold! Thankfully, it is not snowing here. It's been raining on and off, but I'd take it anyday over snow. It snowed once, in the first week of December, but no great dumping since. I just the weather holds up until it gets to spring!
