Such a sad words to hear or read....
Am not sure if he's going to come back as he had tried for so many different accounts when ever he deletes one. didn't you guys know that he was a lot meaner when i first encounter this guy and yet now, he tries to be reasonable they barge him with negative rating forcing them to leave the site. yeah, i agree things get cranky and crazy in here, but nothing compare in the past.
It's just too sad that one of the veterans have left the building. i don't know when these bad people of mylot are gonnna get their karma in the end. but i know they will, in REAL LIFE.

Sadly many have up and left in the past few weeks Letran and I do know of several more on their way out. I have grown to care for so many here that I truly dislike the fact that many leave because of a bad atmosphere. I don't blame them one bit, because really who does not have issues off-line and prefers to be in a negative atmosphere online.
As for The_Lamb, he will be missed and am sure several will follow his steps. Being that he was so loved that is, many will be such as helpful as he was.

Let's treasure those who are still around. It's sad...but life goes on. Maybe the lamb might get home sick and return. Let's all keep a look out, and hopefully he hollers when he returns.

Yeah, unfortunately, who ever was brining him down is still here. It can be just another troll or a mylot friend that is hitting on our backs also terrorised Lamby. Unfortunately, the only user who has capability of knowing neg raters was admin the cat in his account. The rest, well, we are completely blinded. Have a ncie day.

So right my friend, and as I have grown to so enjoy his presence here on myLot I do feel one day he will be back. In the interim we can carry on and help/care and enjoy, which is what he did while here.

hi letran and a lot of us will miss him as he was a breath of fresh air with his sarcasm and real sense of right and wrong. yes he has mellowed since I first came here.The bad people will get it in the end, as it will come around and bite them in the proverbial butt.That is in real life. What goes around does come around and those people will get theirs.

The flame wars aren't really that worse compare tobefore but most trolls now are more into neg rating because now they knew they can't survive using a fake account and attacking mylot users head on because the admin is active. Have a nice day.

You are so right in your observation. I've seen it too, and I've even been subject to it myself.
It seems to me that flame wars tend to get out of hand before they can be stopped, and that's a big problem around here. It's hard to ignore them when they're staring you right in the face.
When it happens to you, it gets to you. It's no wonder several of the older members have up and left. I've had times where I've disappeared, but it's usually because I've gotten busy with real life.
Just when you think it's safe, they seem to start again.
It's quite a shame really.

Oh, what a shame! I've come across him occasionally and enjoyed his comments. It's too bad when we lose someone like that. Maybe he'll begin a new account and we'll see him again. I've found that if you "know" someone well enough you'll recognize them under a different name.

I am sad to hear that the Lamb is gone. I guess we can only hope that he’ll return. I don’t blame him for getting fed up with the harassment which is why I don’t particularly like the + or – system because it is too open for abuse by those who don’t have a great deal to do with their days. I hope the Lamb will return , I really do…You are right he not only softened a lot over time but revealed a lot more of himself as time went on and made us all happy to know him.

I think the only solution now is the System be reconfigured to detect trolls or multiple account holders through the IP but i don't see that happening at all. though the limitation of rating has been approved, the trouble is how do we get to control people from making more accounts and use it to neg rate others.

Personally many times I have thought that the Ratings thing for some members here means Revenge, and people never Stop to think about a person's opinion and life as well. I too have known Lamb for many yrs. with different accounts and even the times where I might not have always agreed I have learned something. And for those members who are Glad he is gone, that is Sad. What if it was them being on the other end?

I hate to hear of veterans of this site leaving. I never really had many dealings with him and I know that he was fairly recognizable here. Maybe karma will get the people here that are causing problems.

Or could be that he was just also tired of going in, going out and coming back over and over again. I guess in some way, he didn't like being around too much with haters only do is negative rate. Of course, he can say he didn't care about the star but he's also conscious about the reputation as well though he told us he didn't. Have a nice day.

I am sure he'll be back as always due to past records and my belief that he has a heart of gold which will never cease. Not until, there are changes where it matters most.
He is not in any easy or most of all privilege spot, but I believe you will agree with me that this site just need people like him. His tireless and never ending mindful posts and most of all invaluable friendship.
So, I am sure we've not seen the last of him here.

Well, he was a long tiem friend tome and one of the honest ones. Though he usually warns us of his possible breaking of guidelines in his discussions, but none of them got deleted. That is sad to hear. Although I did not become friends with the lamb in his latest incarnation, I was before and valued his honesty and humour. Those type of people that are honest in speaking their mind will always be a target for trouble makers because they know that they will get the fight that they are looking for. It is a strange habit that I do not understand. Why people look for trouble is beyond me!

I kinda remember Lamb and I both watches a certain youtube channel which is Fluffe talks and he is the only person who responded in my discussion about fluffe talks. My encounters with him is rare since I am into into political talks... I'm more into Nerdy stuff. But yeah he is good in some discussions where we cross paths

I love his youtube channel too most specially when he responded into my discussions with his own youtube response. it was very cool of him to participate in different ways, but it's sad that he had to go away. i don't think yours is really nerdy stuff, it's also common unless there are other people here who talks about, it won't be nerdy at all.i don't mind talking nerd stuff with you
