Strange!!

Here it is like the middle of November and my mo had planted a rose tree in the front yard and she last visited in the Summer when it was in the triple digit heats here and we had planted some other flowers which unfortuantley died. But is was rather nice today and I like to open my windows when it is nice outside and when I looked int he front yard and saw two big pink roses on the tree! Is that strange for Novemeber here in Texas/ And it was 30 something degrees yesterday night and that just seems strange to me? Am I wrong?

It's a lovely surprise, you must have had a little warm spot there so the blossoms didn't freeze. I have some roses which bloom very late. I love that!

I have that too, one of the rose bushes has a single flower that is opening yet all the others seem to be dormant for the winter, the weather has been really strange the past few months though winter has arrived here - rains every other day the temperatures are reasonable 15ºC as a max yet it was barely a month ago that it was still summer weather which is odd, maybe it explains why all the trees seem to be ahead of schedule blossoming earlier then usual. Well enjoy your roses, hope they last for a while.

Hi, November brings along the rainy season here. But now I can see the Sun is up and about grinning and shining. Perhaps we are facing a change in weather all over the world. The beautiful pink roses must have conveyed appreciation and joyfulness to you. Enjoy the day with the presence of these symbol of grace and elegance.

The weather has been strange worldwide the past year I do agree! Ye sthe roses are so preety and so pink! I wish I had a picture of them!

I've never seen roses bloom in the fall. But I bet it was a nice surprise. Did you go out to see if the smelled sweet like the spring roses. Best Wishes!

No I haven't gone to smell them yet I just stare at them he he he he L.O.L.

hi I really dont know as I live in usually sunny Sou thern California and we have roses in bloom out in front ot Go ld Crest here but it will not get down to 30 until probably January here and not for very long. but we are so spoiled fifty feels darned cold to me,. lol,. Roses are pretty hardy too.that is strange as it might nip those pretty roses petals. wow. I do love roses so much.today here was dark and pouring down rain . I h ope tomorrow it clearts up some.

It is in the 50's here today and I feel cold and it is cloudy and supposed to rain more today. I love the pink roses they are so pretty!

Yesterday it was freezing overhere too.. loads of ice everywhere.
So this morning we all went out with scarfs, handgloves, beanies etc.. and suddenly the temp was way higher. Looked like a day in Spring.
I noticed the same last year.. looks as if many trees suddenly bottom again, have flowers 3 or more times a year.
It beats me too. My magnolia tree looks like Spring again too. I think these roses will look so beautiful. Enjoy them.
