That is so cool, Rob. I'm really glad for you and your son. I'll bet his newfound freedom is making his life a lot more fun. Enjoy your new reason for keeping busy :)

I know how you feel. It was like that for us, getting support, funding, and therapy. For years I couldn't even get a diagnosis for my son ... and every day was a struggle. Now, there are actually weeks when I look back and think, 'That was actually a GOOD week' ... becuase we finally have the support we need.

It just goes to show you - don't gve up pushing and advocating for what your child needs ... because eventually it comes. It feels a lot like that last piece of the puzzle going into place.

Wow, that is great news. I am so happy for you and your son. I hope that they help make your lives easier and happier. You know that saying..."Good things come to those who wait". I'm glad you wait is over.

Miralces do happen. And all in the time they are supposed to. Why, I have no clue. I am so happy for your family. I know it must be a blessing.

God works miracles all the time we just got to trust in God's powers. God's will be done. He had His reasons for not giving you the things you needed. Maybe He was waiting cause He knew that a better thing was on it's way. God has His reasoning for all things not wise to question God and His will. God will provide to those of us who are willing to wait for Him to provide.Example for a couple of months we have really been out of everything and I mean everything so I have been praying and praying and then just a week or so back God sent us the money we needed to take care of everything we needed. I mean we were so broke we had to borrow toilet tissue. Now that is broke. But God had His reasoning for this and I will not question God. Just take things in faith and God will provide. Glad to hear God has worked these miracles in your life and your son's life. Hope you have a great day/evening.

Wow, finally your son gets the equipment he needs - fantastic, you must all be so excited!
How is he getting on with the speaking machine, you said it was a big help and he was getting better at using it before. The touch screen must be brilliant for him too. I cannot even begin to imagine how much a power wheelchair will help you all on trips out.
Have fun with his new gadgets, thay should make life easier too.
