Often we see these tags on products: 'Sugar Free.' On beverages, colas, coffee sachets, chocolates, candies, pies, etc...etc..
But are they really sugar free?
Are these artificial sweeteners really does not have sugar in it?...

I hear that Z-trim tastes just like real sugar, but it's really expensive. I am wondering if anyone has used it for cooking and baking? Does it really taste like sugar even after cooking? I want to try it, but it's so expensive...
