The air quality is way down. It had been up in the triple digits about two weeks ago and I was really suffering in the breathing department. Headaches and scratchy throat too. I didn't really realize it until it had me grabbing a...

Hello
it is dawning here on a Sunday morning. Yesterday through our study we found out that the best moment to breath in clean and pure air is in the morning.
Well that is actually true because, today I just woke up early but...

Work done:
Just sitting and
Feeling
The breath go in-
To my lungs,
And
Then
Out again--and thanking the Lord for all of it.

-144 degrees farenheit was recorded in Vostok, Antartica last year. Humans could not breathe that frigid of air for very long, their lungs would hemorrhage. I don't like to imagine how painful that would be, as well as how...

Today and not just Thursday is a day to give thanks
There should not be a day here on earth that we don't stop
And thank God who created and gives all things
For the blessings He has brought into our lives
Just the very breath...

How long can you hold your breath under water? On February 28, 2016 Aleix Segura Vendell, during a live television broadcast, where he did what is known as a oxygen-assist and set the Guinness World Record. This is where he...

I came across a video of people that are improving their immune system and their tolerance to heat and cold by breathing more. This man climbed Mount Everest in his shorts.
It reminded me that I had a book on breathing exercises...

I discovered another thought-provoking sign in Laguna Beach!
This one may be my favorite, because it incorporates the best aspects of the other signs.
It is a wonderful reminder that we need to breath and relax. We are...

With everything going on in the news this week, I have found myself getting stressed at times.
As a result, I especially loved this sign I saw at the park on Cliff Drive in Laguna Beach this week.
It is a good reminder to...

My heart is beating so fast. I had to slow down with my personal tasks because I was in the city this afternoon. I went to the city at 2PM so I was not able to watch the afternoon drama series on TV.
Although I have to perform my...

today I take the busway, one of the public transportation media in Jakarta. I sat at the rear with a man sitting on the corner of the bus.
I saw him fall asleep and he snapped so hard. I pity to see him, he seems to be sound but...

Let's go... 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and breath again.
Have you ever seen yourself in a situation where you had to breathe very calmly to avoid a bigger problem?
This can be very difficult (depending on the type of situation), but it's...

With little kids, its easy. You say, You have doggy breath! Did you brush your teeth this morning, young lady?
But with adults, it's a bit more nuanced. If it's one of my college students, asking me a question at close range,...

I posted about the cold that wouldn't stop. My daughter had initially said I'd "shared" it with her, but it turned out she had strep throat and an ear infection (weird, because she never had ear infections as a child, although we...

I woke up several hours ago feeling weird. I can't even really explain or describe it. Just a feeling of not being able to catch my breath or to breath right. My chest on the left side felt funny. No pain or anything. I have...

Onion breath,
Please be gone.
I'm sorry,
But it's much too strong.
Garlic breath,
The same goes for you.
Your breath causing me to turn blue.
Cigarette breath,
Stay away from me.
I'm disgusted by the odor
As you can plainly...
