Most notifications arr stated as "Just Now"

This is one question which I wanted to ask frim long. Whenever I check my notifications, more than 80% state than their time of delivery as "Just now". I wonder whether all of them were delivered within less than a hour before....

Well I was really unhappy with how my schedule was looking for my next semester of college. I was only able to find 2 classes within the schedule I wanted and it only added up to 5 credits. Needless to say it was not looking good....
