In Germany American shows and foreign shows are dubbed in German. In China there are theaters that dubs Hollywood movies in Mandarin.
Almost the whole world does dubbing but not the Anglosphere countries, USA, UK,Canada...

Perhaps it is not a new way for some people, but it is something new for me.
There are some dubbing apps and you can take advantage of it to practise your spoken English. Of course some apps provide other foreign languages, too....
