For me it is the jump rope. It takes much more energy from me than running. I can easily get tired after just five minutes of jumping, and I feel it everywhere - in my arms legs, butt, and abs. It burns somewhere around 10...

Hello, do you have a home gym? I don't but have been considering it. I do have an IFIT Treadmill, that is wonderful because of its pre-programmed walking programs that includes inclines, and I don't have to worry about doing it...

What's your favorite way to workout?

For me it's the Total Gym. I really feel my muscles pump, I don't need a partner to spot me, so I can workout when it suits me best.
