I got an ice cream maker for Mother's Day and had only used it once, carefully following the instructions, which I misplaced. So... I just kind of made things up as I went this afternoon and made some chocolate malt ice cream....

does anyone else feel the same way? i got an expensive ice cream maker recently, and i really regret it! in order to make ice cream with this machine, i need milk, heavy whipping cream, and flavors like vanilla or mint extract....
