For me: warm rocks when I'm bare foot, soft insoles with hard outer soled shoes, corn starch instead of talcom powder. What feels good on your feet?

What helps foot pain when running?

One thing i always make sure i fit into my busy schedule is running. Aside from keeping healthy, i find it clears my mind and actually energizes me for the remainder of the day. I enjoy running long distances on our treadmill....
