I wrote earlier this morning about having to cook pumpkin soup today. We need five quarts of it.
It is done now and we can stand a wooden spoon in it it’s so thick. We can even lean the spoon over and it stays where we put it....

Anyone that knows me knows that I love pumpkin cheesecake, cookies and cakes. Anything with pumpkin is good except pumpkin soup and I just cant enjoy something that is that unappetizing to look at. LOL
