I am crazy about burritos, especially when the tortillas are loaded with seasoned meat, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and salsa:) Jay puts sour cream on his!

Tania taught me years ago to make quesadillas. They were easy. Tortillas and cheese that melted in the skillet.

I am trying to eat more vegetables but they are not very interesting.
