This is a Benihana frozen meal with rice, steak and vegetables. It has seasoned rice as well. The seasoning is mild but the dish is good. The steak and chicken is an interesting combination. It was on sale so I got it.

They say TV dinners have too many preservatives and salt. They say they can't stand to eat frozen dinners or even frozen meats. What is up with that?
