Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 74 degrees F and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 81.
I slept until about 7:30am and then kind of drifted in and out of sleep for another hour....

It was 100F here today which made it way to hot to do anything or go any place. I am glad no one wanted us to take them anywhere. Nor did we want to go anywhere.
It is now down to 76F and I went outside in the dark to water....

Well, it begins. So far this year we've had a fair amount of good luck keeping the pool in running order and the water a pristine blue. Granted, in the beginning of the season I did have to replace some hoses that had dry rotted....

While travelling, we took a ten kms detour out to some old sheep yards. It was a gravel road and quite rough but that’s okay.
